The name sounded familiar to me, I'm pretty sure I've heard one of the boys say his name a few times.

Ella: isn't it illegal to drink drive

Ella: so your telling me, he crashed into my mum yet he's made it out and my mum hasn't

Charlotte: we go to court
Ella: will I have to say something
Charlotte: no as you weren't their, I've sent a team to the area your mother crashed to see if their are any witnesses

she spoke to me about what will happen in court, by the time she finished it was 2

Ella: can we wait for my boyfriend to get her before we start speaking about all that

I took out my phone and messaged him

Me: Jaden nows not the time to be airing me, are you coming

Jaden🥰❤️: Mads, I was invited round to watch the photo shoot

Jaden🥰❤️: I know you probably think we've done something but we haven't, he left his phone on the table, he's in the pool, I went in to get a drink and saw his message

I closed my phone

Ella: he's been held up with something, we can start now

An hour and a half later the meeting had finished, I didn't bother going back to sway so I went back to my own house, I was annoyed with Jaden, he was meant to be their for me and he wasn't, I didn't believe what Mads had said, I still don't trust her. I went into my house and sat at the table, I got out the will she had given me and read through it again, their was a letter my mum had left, I didn't read it with my lawyer because I wanted to be alone when I opened it. I went through what the will said once again, she had left me a lot of money, 79 thousand and all the money she had left in her bank, she had left me the house as well but the lawyer suggested I should consider selling it. Id been left all her things, I was 17, school was over and it's nearly my 18th so I was pretty much an adult, I didn't know what I was going to do with my life yet, I honestly felt their was not point living without my mum. But I was gonna try stay strong for her. I opened the letter, being careful not to rip or crease the envelope or paper in it and read it

Dear Ella,
I'm sorry I was hardly home, I feel like I am an awful mother, but I'm proud of the independent, kind, beautiful girl you've turned out to be, I love you with all my heart. You have no idea how proud I am to call you my daughter, I wish I was home more, I cherish every conversation we've had, and thought about you all the time I was away from home. You deserve all the love in the world and I'm glad you now have someone to make you happy, I love you baby, never forget that, I'm sorry I've left so soon, you are my world and so much more, never forget that. Stay strong, for me and your friends. I love you so much Ella Smith, your the best daughter I could've asked for, I never deserved a daughter as perfect as you, you may not see it, but you so beautiful, and amazing, you have your fathers eyes and my looks, thank god you have my humor too. You can get through this, I love you Ella, so much

I was in tears, I put the letter down, moving it and the envelope out the way before resting my head on top of my arms on the table, I cried and cried, until no tears came out
