Tips for protestors:
When making signs incase of police escalation use 7 or more pieces of cardboard and layer them the sign will protect you from rubber bullets
Tear gas: water for eyes, milk for throat.
Bring tennis rackets to throw any gas canisters back at police
When provoked, grab the bottom of an officers riot shield and lift upwards police officers armed cannot physically get back up.
Use gas masks cheap cosplay ones will do
Wear a hoddie and thick coat over your main clothes incase of rubber bullets less impact and pain caused
Wear goggles
Incase of escalation hit cops in throat and ankles
Wear gloves and face masks
Cover all tattoos and piercings
White people use your privilege to protect those who police target

Do not post pictures of rioters faces
Do not post videos without blurred faces
Do not say all lives matter
Do not attack anyone unless you are attacked first.
Do not let your voice be unheard

ACAB was a British term which originated in newcastle by punks and rebellious youth + young adults, eventually it became a universial stand on multiple worldwide issues.

Bastards comes from the word bastardized which means corrupt which means all cops are bastards because they follow and enforce a law system that is corrupt, acab isnt an attack on your personal family members who are police or the good cops. It is an attack on government and police system.
