BANG. BANG. BANG.
I put down my gun and smiled, 3 bulls eyes, not bad. My training was complete and I was ready to go out in the real world with my first job as a gun for hire. Some rich girl had hired me to get rid of one of her stupid ex boyfriends who was apparently really famous. I felt a twinge in my stomach; tomorrow I was going to meet and kill a complete stranger, I still wasn't used to the idea. My phone went off and I answered on the second ring.
"Hello, Maddy Cooper."
"The car is waiting outside for you, ma'am." One of my team said briskly through the phone.
"I'll be right there." I hung up and took a deep breath. I walked out the door of the shooting range, up the stairs and into the sunshine. The black 7 seater Audi SUV was parked on the curb, and I opened the door to reveal the faces of my team; Hayley, Leah and Gabe. These two girls and one boy were my best friends in the world, my only friends in fact, and the only people whom i completely trusted.

“So, “ Hayley spoke first, “Are you nervous? Who is it? Where are we going?” She was clearly very nervous. Leah and Gabe had already been on a job and they seemed calm and collected, they were co-ordinating this job and knew all of the details. Hayley poked my arm in an attempt to get me to answer her. I sighed.

“Our targets are a rich musician and his girlfriend, our client is his ex. We have to get to know them and cause our guy as much pain as possible before we… you know. The boss has set us up a cover as their make-up team for him and his band's tour.” I swallowed, this was suddenly feeling a whole lot more real. Hayley didn’t seem satisfied with my answer

The car started and we started to drive towards the motorway.

“Where are we going then?” Hayley asked.

I straightened my skirt and looked back up at her and cleared my throat.

“Um, we are going to Dublin to meet them for the first show of their tour.”

I looked at Gabe as if for help. He was looking the other way, looking very handsome as usual, clean shaven, wearing an expensive suit. This job wasn’t entirely without perks, sure, there was the fact that none of my family could know what I did for a living and then there was the fact that I killed people for money, but people did pay a lot.

'It does seem evil when you think about it doesn’t it?’ I thought to myself.

I turned my attention back to Gabe, who I had had a crush on since I first met him. Nothing had ever happened between us, but I couldn’t help hoping there would be. Of course, the next day I would be attempting to seduce a complete stranger, and after I had played with his heart enough, kill him, but Gabe was just so gorgeous, with his golden curly hair,  his defined cheekbones and his perfect body. I was getting to attached, that was one of my worst qualities.

I pulled my attention away from Gabe and his chiseled cheekbones and back to Hayley.

“The name of our target is Ashton Irwin."
