Oh for the love of cookies! Another great thing I have discovered I can do(succesfully) is baking! Cookies, specifically. I have baked cookies every weekend and my little sister has simply gone NUTS over them every time! By the end of the week, 30 cookies have been wiped out and the cookie jar is empty. So, we roll up our sleeves and get baking again! If you want to bake, I would recommend it. It fixes any bad day and gives you a great sense of accomplishment which, let's be honest, is needed in isolation. Especially when all you are doing is staying in bed. That, and Netflix. You know what? I will give you my recipe: (cookies by the way)
Ingredients:
125 g Butter (softened- NOT MELTED)
1 1/4 cup caster sugar sifted
1 egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
1 1/2 cups plain flour sifted
3/4 cups baking chocolate chips (I made mine with dark)- you can add extra for kids:)
Method:
PREHEAT OVEN TO 160 DEGREES BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE
1. Whisk/mix together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Whisk in egg and vanilla essence until smooth.
