SAPPHIRE ENTERTAINMENT is founded by Jessica Jung and Seo Joohyun last 2019. It underwent a lot of circumstances from name changing to staffs and CEO's.
On June 2020, it has been confirmed that they will be reopening and renaming the company from Moon Entertainment to Sapphire Entertainment.
Everything has changed from being a really small company with no debuted artists to finally reopening and hoping for its success. The two SNSD members had decided to open global auditions last June 3.

SAPPHIRE ENTERTAINMENT was founded on January 2019. It was originally named Moon Entertainment by former CEO's Kim Taeyeon and Im Yoona.
It became a huge flop and the two decided to official leave the company behind. Former member Jessica wanted to reopen the company, being a former staff member there along with ex groupmate Seohyun.
They decided to rename the company Sapphire Entertainment since Jessica taught it sounded better that their other options which included Moonlight Entertainment, Lunox Entertainment, etc...
The company had officially reopened last June 3, 2020 and is now open for global auditions!
