Nagikae - Forgotten Feelings

The Setup

Karma's POV:

Okuda and Nakamura began to leave Kunugigaoka. (our school, we stayed after hours to hatch the plan)

"S-so I'll get Nagisa, and Nakamura will get Kayano?" Okuda asked. 

"Leave Kayano to me!" Nakamura shouted, running ahead of Okuda. 

"Right. I'll go make the potion." I said. 

As I was about to head to the chemistry lad, Okuda grabbed my shoulder. "J-just make sure to follow the instructions I texted you carefully, o-okay?"

"Come on, I'm making a potion. Can't be harder than killing Korosensi, now can it?" 

She let out a timid laugh while saying, "I guess your right."

Okuda let me go, and we walked our separate ways. 

Time to start this potion! I grabbed my phone from my pocket to look at the text Okuda had sent me. She had left out all the ingredients, so all I had to do was mix them. When all the ingredients are mixed, bring that solution to a boil and it should be complete. 

Since Okuda wasn't good with words, she color-coded the glasses which held all the liquids needed for the potion. Then I looked at the text. 

One Cup Red, 1 Tbsp Blue, 2/3 Cup White, 2 Tsp Green

I mixed the liquids swiftly and brought the mixture to a boil. I noticed that the mixture started to turn clear. Then, I texted Okuda. 

Karma: The potion is done, commence with Step: 2. 

Okuda: ok ill tell Rio

Okuda's POV:

After I finished talking to Karma, I called Nakamura. 

"Hey, Rio. Karma just finished the potion. Start step two, please."

"A'ight, let's go!"

Then, she hung up. Our call was short, but a mere sentence was all I needed to say for her to understand. Thank goodness, too. Another one and I might have stumbled over my words. 

I took a deep breath and tried to get into character. If this plan was to succeed, Nagisa needed to believe my every word. 

I dialed his number, and my phone started to ring.

A few seconds later, I heard a friendly, "Hello?"

"N-Nagisa! It's an emergency! Kayano, she's. . ." I stopped talking and made some crying noises. 

"Okuda? What's going on? Is Kayano ok?"

I stopped my awkward sob sounds to answer his question. 

"No time t-to explain! Come to the address I'm about to text you immediately!"

"I'll be right there!" 

I hung up before I started laughing. I can't believe this is working! Once Nakamura finishes her call with Kayano, which should be fairly similar to me and Nagisa's, they should both be heading to the 4-star restaurant we had reserved for them. It still took a month for us to get a table, and it was pretty expensive, but Karma took care of it. At first, we were going to reserve spots at a 5-star joint, but nobody felt like paying so much money. 

Anyway, that was basically the plan. Kayano and Nagisa would meet up at the restaurant, and karma would sneak the love potion in their food. It was the perfect setup!
