Chapter 28

Brooklyn's pov
When the last group dance which was the elites we all hugged them and then shortly after we all sat down on the stage and the other girls had their jackets but since I got here I didn't have one but I knew I had to earn it

"In our mini solos we hav overall 3rd place act number 187 red fire Ellie" and she went up and me and lily looked at each other and we waited

"I'm 2nd place overall we have act number 397 straight escape lily" then lily went up and I realized that I either didn't place or I got 1st

"And in 1st overall we have..." they said and we all waited

"Act number 87 Fever rising Brooklyn!" They said so I went up got my award bowed and went back and I was so happy like i won!

"Congrats" they all said and then they announced the elites and sadly Tessa got 2nd and Maddie got 1st and tessas and her mom looked shocked

"Ok in our mini advanced group" they announced

"Overalls we have in our 3rd place we have act number 78 together" they said and we all where relieved

"In 2nd place we have number 89 country girls" he said and then we clapped and we all looked at each other and Waited until they said

"And in1st place entry number 59 mime your business" they said and everyone cheered and I saw mama and dada and smiled so we went up and accepted our award

"Tell everyone what dance studio your in" they said

"Abby lee dance company" they said and we sat down and we all looked happy that we won and we waited for awards for the elite team and they got 1st place and miss Abby looked happy so we all went to our back room

"I'm so proud of you girl" mama said hugging me

"Thanks" I said smiling

"Congrats Brooklyn you did good" Lily's mom said

"You did good too lily" I told her

"Thanks you did also I loved your dance" she said

"Your was good to I loved it also" I said and I put my trophy on my table and helped mama take off my head pieces

"How do you feel like Brooklyn won first and Tessas mom said that Tessa would have won" mama said

"Like I know there not in these are division but like what do you have to say now" mama said then Abby came

"Hello girls congratulations" she said sitting down and we all went to hug her

"Brooklyn you did amazing and congrats on winning first I know it was a stressful week but you pulled through  and that's what makes you a good dancer" she said to me

"Thank you" I said

"And lily I thought you did amazing on your dance too also one of my favorite performances" she said

"And the group dance was amazing girls the tricks where great feet pointed al that stuff you guys really did the Abby lee dance company justice" she said so we all celebrated for a bit

"Now girls as you know Brooklyn just got here so she doesn't have a jacket but if you keep this up you could possibly have it by next week" she said

"Yay!" Everyone said so we finished taking off our stuff and I changed into a hoodie and some leggings and we went out

"Dada!" I said running up to him

"Hi princess you did so good im so proud of you" he said picking me up

"Really!" I said and he smiled and nodded

"We are so proud of you ok we love you so much" they both said to me

"And now we carry this home" mama said showing him the trophy and she had my bag

"Wow that looks amazing" dada said looking at it

"I'll take the bag" dada said taking the bag so we had the trophy

"Wanna go home now and show everyone?" Dada said and I nodded so we put the dance bag in the trunk and the trophy next to me so we drove back home and we kept on talking and celebrating until we got home

-back at the hype house-
When we got home I knocked we opened the door and we saw everything mad I hid my trophy

"So how was your competitionnnnnnnn" charli said

"Good!" I said smiling

"What place did you get?" Avani asked

"Ummmmmm" I said confused

"Did you place because if you didn't something's wrong with those judges" Dre Dre said

"She did place" dada said

"Group solo or Both?" Tony said

"Both but it's to what you expected" mama said

"Third?" Kouvr said

"NOPE FIRST!" We all said showing them the trophy

"OH MY GOSH!" They all said congratulating me

"I knew you would win!" Charli said

"Well you did teach me first" I said

"That's my girl" she said hugging me

"Did you have fun?" Kouvr said and I nodded

"So how was the group dance?" Avani said

"Good but the makeup was kind of a struggle" I said

"Then why couldn't I have come you know I could've easily done mime makeup" she said

"Why did I think do that?" Mama said

"Oh well" we all said so we went to my room

"Where do we place this?" Mama said

"I don't know" I said so we decided to put it next to my dresser and we ordered some food

"What do you want to eat?" Dada said

"Chicken" I said

"Ok chicken it is" he said so he ordered it and we waited so when it got here we all sat down and ate our food and by now it was like 3 in the afternoon and I haven't updated my tiktok in a while i after I decided to make some dancing tiktoks with everyone until dada had to call a meeting.......
