Burn me then turn me... (Shigidabi) (Touya Todoroki theory used)

Where it started to go wrong...

"Hey Touya?"
"Yeah Toga?"
"Are you ok?"
"...."
"Touya?"
Suddenly the small red haired boy burrows his head on the young girls shoulder and sobs uncontrollably. The young blonde just simply hugs him back reassuring him that everything would be alright.
"Hey Crazy?"
"Yeah?"
"Do you promise to always be by my side. To never leave me?"
A large grin spreads across the girls face.
"Of course I will stupid you're my BESTIE!"
And with that the two sit there in the garden and stare at the stars in silence leaving behind all the worry's in the world.

But those happy little moments soon came to an end...

Touya Todoroki walks through the gate to his home. He inches closer to the door with a lazy stumble. It's 12:45 at night and Touya was shocked when He was met with the screams on the other side of the door. Screams and cries for help flooded the young red headed boys ears. Panic Flushes over his face as he bursts through the door. There he sees his father's flames brighter then ever shouting and beating Touya's mother. His attention then meets the ground to the youngest Todoroki sibling curled up in a ball trembling and sobbing on the floor hugging his head, begging for the adults to stop with the screaming. Endeavour rises his hand in the air, flames tickling his finger tips. Touya's eyes widen with fear as he sprints in front of his mother and no sooner after that he feels a burning sensation in his cheek as he stumbles to the ground.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING YOU STUPID MISTAKE!" Endeavour booms to the 13 year old boy.
The red head looks up to his father with such hatred and pain in his eyes and he pushes himself to stand up again, wiping blood from his mouth.
"YOU KEEP YOUR HANDS THE F**K AWAY FROM MY MOTHER AND BROTHER YOU BASTARD!" Touya screams at his father, venom lacing his words.
Endeavour's eyes widened and his flames grew brighter. In a sudden motion the boys father had flung his foot into Touya's gut sending him flying across the room and hitting his back on the couch.

Being flung across the room was nothing new to Touya Todoroki. He received almost daily beatings for either being a mistake or taking his siblings beatings for them. The young boy had many scars and burns all over his body non to visible so they would not raise any questions. Later that night Shouto Todoroki creeped out of his bedroom as quiet as he possibly could trying not to wake the household up. He headed out to the living room where he spotted his eldest brother knocked out cold on the floor, tears stained his face and blood covered his body. Shouto grabbed bandages and a wet cloth for his brother then he started his work. The young 7 year old boy carefully cleaned and wrapped up his elder brothers wounds as best as he could. He suddenly hears a grunt escaped the teens lips and Shouto lifts up his brothers head up.
"*grunts* Sho? What are you doing up?" The brother asked.
"I wanted to make sure you were ok with Touya, I wrapped your wounds up for you"
The eldest Todoroki child smiles at the kindness and innocence of his youngest sibling and replies to the brother with a chuckle
"I see that thank you Lil bro you did an amazing job"
Young shouto's smile grew and his face lit up after knowing that he did an amazing job.

*A Week Later*

Touya Todoroki collapses to his knees tears streaming down his face, his hands shaking tremendously.
The words play over and over again in his mind. The one sentence his mother said to him that hit him like a ton of bricks.
"Touya... I'm so sorry... but your friend Toga.... she's gone missing for a week Touya"
The boy screams and trembles. His best friend has been missing for a week and he didn't notice. She could be getting tortured or be dead for a WEEK and he was to busy tending to simple burns.
Himiko Toga had been Touya's friend for years. She put a smile on her face when needed and was the only one who knew of the shit they had to deal with at home and Toga knew how to deal with it cause she had her own problems at home to deal with.
But now she was gone. His best friend, His oldest friend, His partner in crime... was.... gone. And there was nothing Touya could do about it. It feels like the hero's aren't even looking for her though... it feels like no ones looking for the bubbly teen. He didn't know weather it was because no one cared for her at home or if it was because she could be a bit of a troublemaker or the fact that because of her quirk she had an obsession with blood but non of those mattered to Touya because he KNEW Toga as Toga not from what's on the outside or what she likes but for Togas bubbly kind hearted personality that in a way was almost as broken as the young red head himself.
