Dew's side

"What took you so long?" Champ as Dew the moment he step into his friend's car. "And what is in that bag? You don't usually bring bag on the D-day." Champ ask him again.

He close the door and put the backpack at the backseat. Champ manoeuvre the car out of the parking lot in Dew's apartment.

"Nothing, but don't mind that." he put the seatbelt on. "I went home late yesterday and it's almost 11 when I climb up to bed." he said.

"And why is that?" sometimes, he thinks that Champ likes him. Whenever Champ is asking, he feel like he's a boyfriend being interrogated by his girlfriend.

"I ate dinner together with Blue and his family last night." he said in a monotone. He can't lie to Champ and even if he lied, then Champ will know it eventually.

Champ felt something weird but he only ignore it, and for good.

If Champ is going to spoil himself and continue to entertain THAT feeling, their relationship might end up not so good.  Champ is always doing his best to keep his friendship with Dew and Japan.

"Blue and his family?" Champ ask.

"Uh. I was just planning to walk Blue home but his mom drag me into their house to have snack and eventually made me have dinner with them." his phone buzz and take it out of his pocket. It is Japan who is calling.

"Hello" he answer the call.

(Are you with Champ?) he can hear some noise in the background.

"Uh. Why?"

(Ok. Just go straight to the school me and Thai already bought some waters, we're on our way there--hey stop is Thai.)

He can hear Japan and TanThai arguing again.

This two seems so close. I bet there is something we don't know.

"Ok. I'll tell Champ." Champ look at him after hearing his name.

(OK. Bye)

He hang up the call.

"Just go straight to school. J and Thai already bought some waters." he said and throw his phone in the dashboard.

"So you came late because of Aunt Mandie?" Champ open the topic again.

"Yeah something like tha--" he realise something. "Wait you know her?" Champ just mention Blue's mom name.

He's sure that Champ knew her.

"Yeah. She and mom are college friends. I knew her for 14 years already." he didn't expect that Champ knew Blue's mom cause yesterday she falsely thought him as Champ.
