We don't talk about it. It's been talked about before, but we never bring it up. I think it's because Mom gets upset whenever it's mentioned. It makes things a bit different in our life, not bad, just not normal. Our family is not so ordinary either. You would think that because of who we are, it wouldn't be so tough. But for anyone in this situation, it is. We try to be brave for her, to pretend like it doesn't bother us, but sometimes it does. We talk about it, but just the two of us. Never in front of Mom, or she'll cry. So we never talk about it.
I'm Chloe, Chloe Marie Morrison. I'm 12 years old and I live in Los Angeles, California with my almost 10 year old sister Allison, and my mom, the famous actress Jennifer Morrison. Now, you may notice that we are missing something. That's right. A father. Well, we don't have one. We do, he's out there somewhere, just not here. Anywhere BUT here. His name is Jesse Spencer. Ugh. He met Mom in college and they dated. Years later when they were 23 they got pregnant and had me. Embarrassing, I know. Then, they got engaged two years later and became pregnant with Allison. But, Jesse decided he didn't want to do this anymore, or be with Mom, so he just called off the engagement and left. That's right, he just up and left a pregnant woman with a 2 year old girl. Mom ended up staying in school and lots of her family and friends helped out. During this time she very often had many emotional breakdowns and sometimes panic attacks. She didn't think that her dreams of becoming an actress would come true, but they did! Now look at her, she's 35 and stars in the popular TV series Once Upon A Time. Life is good. Just the 3 of us. No Dad. Just us, and it's good.
