1.Stealing
Izuku eyes' color : Left eyes color dark purple
Explanation : The quirk can steal any quirk and give it to Izuku.They can't use their quirks while Izuku use it till Izuku use another quirks or stop the quirks.All he has to is touch them.Example for how his quirk working : He uses (someone name)'s quirk then he uses (someone else)'s quirk.When he want to use the first quirk he doesn't have to touch the owner of the quirk anymore.
2.Mind control (Cause we can't think of any other name)
Izuku eyes' color : Left eyes color white
Explanation : Even by the name you already knows what the power is but the difference is,Izuku needs to touch the person.(I don't know what Ice's problem is by touching someone, maybe it's the same reason why he always wants to play tag when we were kids.)But when his left eye turns green the person he controls will come to their senses.Izuku can only control ten people most.
3.Various Weapons
Izuku eyes' color : Left eyes color crimson red
Explanation : This one is Izuku's fav quirk cause this quirk can make him to show up any weapon does he want.Although he pick to use only two weapons that has special features which is :-
i) Dark Scythe - A scythe that sharp enough to cut through anything even metal within four meters or less depending on Izuku.
ii) Shadow Whip - A glove that can emit a black whip.The whip moves like a shadow and it was able to extend according to Izuku's will.
