One shot 1 - (The Christmas Spirit. )

This was going to be one of the only Christmas' they would celebrate. With all the hunting, they never had the time or money to spend a normal Christmas together!

This year was different though. There was a last minute Christmas tree in the corner of the bunker along with cheap, homemade decorations. Sam had insisted they had to atleast have a tree.

"Hey, Sam." Dean called.

"yeah?"

"why'dya have to make a angel if we already have one?" Sam rolled his eyes.

"Dean I don't think Cas would want to sit on top of a tree for god knows how long. " Sam said. "Besides, even if he would, how would he stay in place."

"Simple sammy, you stick it up hi-"

"I think that's enough of that topic now." Dean smirked, leaving the room.

The day came around quicker than expected! The brothers had had a lay in. It was nearly 1pm. Dean had got up for some pie and Sam was still in his room. Dean had placed sammy's gift under the tree, waiting dor him to get up. "Sam!" Dean shouted down the hall. "Do you want this gift or not?" Sam walked down the hall towards the library, his hand brushing over his hair. A big grin appeared as he saw a small rectangular box wrapped in an old newpspaper. He opened it and a wide grin appeared on his face as he saw the one book he had been searching for, everywhere! "Thanks De." he pulled him in for a brotherly hug. Sam pulled out a present, he had no idea what to get Dean, so he got this last minute.

Dean stared at the pie and was off into the kitchen scooping some ice cream out of a tub. Sam stood in the door way smiling.

The dinner was just a cheap diner meal. They both ate a Christmas dinner well a roast, together and after a few drinks, they decided to call it a day and head back to the bunker for some sleep.
