Chapter 1: The First Fateful Meeting

I wish I were normal. I envy people with basic lives so much. They have everything so easy. You don't get berated and called names in a normal house hold. People with normal lives are'nt depressed like me. Normal people have loving, nice parents, but not me. Normal people have caring, supportive siblings, but not me.

Maybe I was never destened for normal.Normal people dont obsess over murder and gore. Normal people don't get excited over weird things like horror or anime. And most importantly, normal people aren't half demon.

Anyway my name is Raven Bloodsborn and my life is a tradgedy. I have pale skin like ice, dark black hair with a red streak like a person had been murdered in the night, and my eyes red like blood. I'm skinny, but not the hot kind. My breasts aren't big enough and my hips aren't either. My eyes have dark circles under them becaise of my depression. My step mom says I look like a demon. She hates me. Noone understands my miserable life.

I woke up to the sound of my step mom yelling at me to get up.

"Raven its your first day of school, get up!" she yells.

I sigh sadly and get up for school. I put on a black hoodie, black jeans, and black vans. I walk down stairs to see my step sister Britney getting treated like a spoiled brat.

"Britney you get starbucks for brekfast." said my step mom.

"Yay! Thanks mommy!" said Britney in a girly high pitched voice. I hate that little bitch.

"Raven you get nothing." said my step mom at me.

"Whatever." I say depressedly.

We rode the bus to school and there were so many preps and jocks. They all stared at me. I held up my middle finger at them. We went to school and went to biology. I sat in the back of the class room becsue I wanted to be alone. We were in the middle of a lesson when a boy in a black hoodie pulled so far over his head Ihis face was only a shadow, burst into the room.

"Karkat Vantas, your late!" yelled the bitchy teacher, Mrs Gretrude.

"I don't care." he growled darkly.

"Go sit in the back of the class with Raven and you'll be getting detention later!" she snaped.

He hissed at her and went to sit next to me. I thought he was so dark and mysterious. After class, we left but one of the jock boys grabbed his hoodie and pulled it off. He had pale skin, black spikey hair, and red eyes like mine. He truned around like he was going to fight them, but i stopped him.

"No, I'll fight them for you." I told him and then I turned back around to the jock bullies.

"Heh heh, this'll be easy", he chuckled meanly, "Your just a weak little girl."

"Oh don't under estimate me, dickwad." I glared at him evily.

I punched him so hard I broke his nose. Then I kicked him in the dick. A teacher came by and saw me beating him up.

"That's detention for you, Ms. Bloodsborn!" she yelled.

I didn't care. I stomped on the dumb jocks chest and kicked him in the face. I gave him the middle finger, then huffed and we went to the detention room.
