Chapter Two
We both hung up and I went to sit down and wait for Bailey, while I was sitting there this very nice looking guy came and sat by me, he looked to be in his early twenties. He had blue eyes, blonde hair and was very tall. I can't wait to tell Bailey. I started to smile. I decided to get my book out that I've been reading. It was Torment so far it was good. I was lost in my book when I heard someone talk to me, I looked up to see that guy who was seating next to me was talking to me.
"That's a good book." He smiled.
"Oh yeah it is, this is my third time reading it." I laughed.
I really want Bailey here but she takes forever to get here. As I started to think about her I see her rolling her suitcase towards me.
"Sorry it took me so long I couldn't find my suitcase."
I laughed the same old Bailey, that's what I love about her she is so care free and doesn't care what people think or say about her.
"Oh its fine I was just talking to Owen here about this book."
When she noticed who I was talking to her eyes lit up. I know what she was thinking she was thinking that this guy is very nice looking and she wouldn't mind kissing him. I started to laugh, she looked at me weird.
"Oh Bailey I know what you are thinking by just looking at you, I would say it a out loud but I don't want to embarss you."
"Oh okay." she tired looking serious but she couldn't, she started to laugh loudly. I couldn't help but laugh to.
"Is there something I'm missing here?" I heard Owen ask.
"No just an inside joke her and I have, no worries."
"Payton can you come with me to get my ticket?"
"Yeah of course."
As we walked away we started to laughed again, I've missed her. I didn't realize I would miss her this much but I did and do. Bailey and I were the best friends who did everything together and didn't care what people thought.
"oh Bailey I've missed you so much."
"I know I've missed you too girl."
"So that Owen guy is pretty good looking, huh?"
"Yeah I guess not really my type, I think he is like in his twenties."
"Soo why not have some fun Payton?" I could tell she was smiling by the way she said that. I smiled too.
"You know I'm not like that but guess who I saw here?"
"Who??"
"Carter Young."
"Wow he came back this early? One of my friends who still talks to him told me that he wasn't coming back to this place for awhile."
"Yeah he lives in Cali I guess but I don't want to think about him or what happed, just want to get my best friend back."
"Yeah same here. Lets get my ticket so we can get out of here." she started to laugh. Her and I don't really like it here. We live in a small town called Paris Tennessee. There isn't really much to do here. What we usually do is go to the mall and hang out sometimes we would scope out the hot boys and say "we'd so date that" We had some good times but back to reality. Bailey was paying for her ticket when some guy walked right into me.
"Hey watch where you are going!"
The guy looked at me and then he smiled. I don't know why he was smiling it was kind of creepy.
"Sorry Bailey I was texting when I didn't see you."
"How do you know my name?"
"You really don't know who I am?"
"No I don't sorry."
"Its me Jake."
