the scaring

It's been a week since I've been at school, I've stayed away from Andy and Chucky but it's tiring. I know it's stupid but something is wrong with that doll!...

"Y/n, Your friends are here!" I groaned rolling off the bed making a small bang. "Ugh.." I stood up opening my bedroom door and walking into the bathroom "tell 'em to stay in the living room!" I closed the door hopeing she heard.

I heard small footsteps on the other side of the house so I guess she let them in. I started singing while brushing my hair and brushing my teeth. It had gone quiet which I never noticed oof..

I walked out into the living room, and yes I was in a normal outfit not my PJ's anymore. Red started casting onto my cheeks as my friends stood there with large grins giggling to themselves with the joining of my mother. "S-shut up!" I covered my face walking out the door bumping into someone "s-sorry i-" I looked to meet the eyes of Andy Barclay. "Oh..hey Andy" I tried to act less surprised. "Hey, Y/n I'm guessing everyone already told you?" Everyone finally caught up with me outside.

"Erm, what do you mean?" I asked, he sighed looking at Pugg and Falyn. "I need your help scaring my step dad" he confessed, I got excited of the thought scaring his step dad but I knew little about him, apart from the fact he's a total dick like Gorge.

A few hours later we were in Andy's apartment setting out a plan in his room. "So, Pugg you and Falyn will stay guard and distract my mom" the two nodded then Andy looked at me "Y/n, you'll be hiding Chucky in the cupboard next to the fridge while I make sure to tell you guys when Shane is coming got it" I hesitantly nodded.

"Oh and chucky already knows what to do right buddy?" He smiled. Chucky looked at us and made a creepy smile while I gulped quietly sweating. "S-so why are we doing this?" I asked turning away from the robotic doll eyes he possessed. "Well, Shane is a total dick so I want revenge" he shrugged "revenge.." the doll whispered making me look at it.

"Hey Y/n, something wrong you keep looking at Chucky like he's a murderer" Andy and pugg laughed. Falyn knew about my phobia of dolls and I'm glad she kept it to herself "I-its just that" Chucky started grinning at me and my heartbeat picked up a few notches.

"No everything is fine!" I gritted through my teeth. Nice going Barclay now your creepy ass doll knows I despise him. Great!.

We heard a car pull up outside so we all gathered around the window. Karen was walking towards the building smiling. "Okay, quick go go!" Andy shooed us. I picked up chucky as carefully as I could not wanting to drop 'him'

do dolls even have a gender..  

I then placed him into the cupboard "s-so you remember your part?" I smiled forcefully. He nodded slowly smiling, I had to admit I did smile back even though he looks creepy I shouldn't be so quick to judge I mean, he's just a doll.

I chuckled to myself walking away from him and the cupboard closing it. I met up with andy as he connected his phone to Chucky's camera so we could see Shane's reaction. "Hey" pugg whispered crawling over to us with Falyn. I motioned for then to sit beside me and Andy.

We all started talking about what could happen or if it would go wrong. We mostly forgot the fact it was dark and late "shit!, I forgot to text my mom" I mentally slapped myself while whispering and shouting lightly. I quickly grabbed my phone from my pocket and searched my contacts  for my moms number

I texted "hey mom. I know it's late I'm just staying out with my friends for a while longer I'll be back soon love you" I put my phone away looking at everyone "so what now?" Falyn asked, I shrugged while Pugg came up with an idea.

"How about a sleepover later? Maybe..." he started making thinking noises. "How about we call in sick and have a sleepover tomorrow? It will be easier at least, maybe we can watch scary movies ooh~" I laughed with Falyn. "Sure, I'm sure my mom will be okay with it" Andy said. Alright looks like we're having a sleepover woop woop.

After we finished discussing the sleepover plan a car pulled up outside. It's shane.

Everyone nodded while andy checked his phone and we all listened in.  Shane was hugging Karen and they started making out, I could hear Falyn disgusted and pugg making fake gagging sounds while me and andy were laughing quietly.

"Shh, shh!"

"What's happening now?"

"Quiet!"

"Ow!"

"Shh!!"

I rolled my eyes snatching Andy's phone from him turning up the volume. We heard mumbling from the living room that started to get louder bit by bit.

Shane is in the kitchen!

"I'm just gonna grab a beer k." He grunted..ugh he sounds like Gorge when he's in a mood. The screen started buzzing and clutching out but we soon got a clear view of chucky behind the freezer door Shane just opened.

Chucky must if made that creepy face as shane was on the floor crawling away with a broken beer bottle away from chucky. We bursted out laughing but tried to quiet ourselves so we wouldn't get caught. Luckily we didn't..phew.

"That was amazing!" Pugg gasped. I smiled giggling "let's watch it again" everyone agreed and we started watching it again. We saw the bit when chucky opened the cupboard door and when he got behind the freezer door scaring Shane. Again we started laughing over his reaction.

"That's gold!" Falyn calmed herself down talking normally. "I agree, so about that sleepover I better get home, my mom is probably worried sick" i grabbed my phone getting ready to leave

"Yeah is to, our parents are probably gonna give us a lecture but, oh well it's worth it" they walked out the door saying goodbye. "Can I offer to walk you home?" I nodded smiling. We started talking then stood still looking at karen and Shane awkwardly..

"Erm..Y/n, Shane..shane..y/n" he stood up shaking my hand smiling "pleasure to meet you" he kissed the back if my hand while karen laughed. "He's a gentleman, really" I nodded looking at Andy taking my hand out if his grasp "well..Andy was just walking me back to my apartment..so.." I nodded waving goodbye

"Alright, be careful" Karen said kindly. Andy caught up with me awkwardly giggling.."sorry about..whatever that was.." I shook my head "no need, it's fine. So the sleepover?" I asked stopping at my door "right!" He snapped his fingers.

"Well, just being what you want really, my mom is going to be out all night so it should be fine" I smiled nodding happily "alright, I guess I'll sss you and Chucky later?" I opened my door "yea-" "Why can't you see she's BRAIN washing you!" Gorge yelled at my mother. I sighed

"Listen I'll talk to her dear, she will accept the fact I love you no matter what, shes just being a brat at the moment" she breathed out. "M-mom?.." I dropped my bag off my shoulder. "Honey i-" I slammed the door standing outside with Andy. He put his arm over my shoulder..

"Y/n..it's 12:08 how about you stay with-"
"I'll go over to Falyn's place okay..just..not right now" i walked away from him walking in the direction of Falyn's apartment.

"Hey y/n what's up i-" I walked into her arms hugging her tightly sniffling. " am I a b-brat?.." I whispered "what no! Who said that?!" She sounded surprised by my question."my mom.." she hugged me tightly...let's get you an extra bed set up okay" she held my hand leading me into her bed room.

It wasn't large but big, probably the same as Andy's but with more space. "Here" she laid some pillows and blankets on the spare bed that I would sleep on. We both got into out beds shuffling around to get comfortable "night Falyn.." I closed my eyes not listening to what was said.. I was to sad and un bothered as rude at it sounds.

( oof, I wasn't even expecting that twist with her mom. Well find out what happens at the sleepover in the next chapter ooh~ Scary~ )
