Edith and Edward were having a glass of wine in the rose garden.

"Well... From now on, we can't trust Maxwell! It seems like he has grown too old. His judgment is blurred."

It was late at night. It was the three siblings' habit to have a glass of wine in the rose garden, under the night sky before going to bed.

Henry didn't always join them anymore. Or he joined them along with his wife. Edward and Edith felt muzzled before that invader. They tried to make Henry understand, but he wouldn't. "Brigitte is a member of this family now! You shouldn't feel like this!" Their brother was already spellbound by that witch.

"What are we going to do, Edith? She's changed our life! She's ruining Henry, our family! Why can't he understand?"

"She knows what she's doing! She's ruling him through his bed... The way it seems to me, Henry won't wake up unless we bring him proof of what she's really up to!"

"How are we going to do that? Shall we include the council in that?"

"We can't count on the council, Edward! Not even all of those who agreed with us yesterday. The less people we include in this, the better for our plan!"

"So..."

"So... Our sweet sister-in-law has managed to steal a lot of hearts. But not everyone's! She must have begun some correspondence with her father. They need to be in touch in order to achieve their goal, whatever that is!"

"Shall we look for a letter then?"

"I think yes!"

Edward closed his eyes for a moment; like he was trying to focus.

"We must shadow her. And definitely find a letter! This is the best proof we can take to Henry!"

"You're right. For the time being, however, it's just the two of us in this!"
