▪︎PLOT▪︎
[W I P]
Perhaps you just stumbled into this barren town. Already, shady glares are shot your way, kids are pointing, the buzzards take off to the sky.
Perhaps you are one of the locals, the mayor, the sheriff, barkeep, etc. Going about your day, the occasional shadow of the dark dragons flying overhead, scavenging with the buzzards ready for another stranger to make the wrong move. Their leathery wings turning a lighter shade of a fleshy pink as the sun revealed the thin layer of skin and veins that kept the large beast aloft.
Knocking the red dust off your boots before entering a building, you are either going to be greeted by friends, or foes. Perhaps some of you may be greeted by both?
Setting
Taking place in a very hot climate, there are two sides to the whole area. One side being more humid wile the other is more dry, the town sits right in the middle. The more humid side allows easier farming and greener pastures, a common place where land is constantly traded, sold and bought compared to the other. The dryer side being more stubborn to sow, is also where the folk are buried if not eaten by the vultures and dragons but is also used by ranchers and farmers as well. Smaller living spaces are squared off here as well and the landscape is a bit less green and lack of underbrush.
