~Chapter - 2: Disappointment.~

 You left the laboratory and walked towards a high school named: "S.C High School for Gifted Pupils". It's an ok school, just that they give you so much homework to choke a horse. The only reason you were attending that school was because your mother "insisted" and "because it the best school here in Norway". It wasn't all bad though. That school was the reason why you meet your Best friend. (best friend's first and last name here) Ever since then, you and (b/f name) have hung out almost all the time. They were like family to you. 

 " (Your/name)!!" (B/f/n) waves at you. They were standing beside the entrance of the high school. You spot them and start sprinting towards them excitedly. 

 "Hey (b/f/n)" you greet them and start heading inside.

 " So, did your mom get excepted?" (B/f/n) questions you. 

 "She did. She also took me there since today was her first day!" You respond. 

 "WOAH!!" (B/f/n) is in shock. "What experiments did you see?!?!" 

 "Well since it's still new, there's not really much to see there..." 

 "Oh..."

"But I DID look at this one experiment." 

 "What was it?!"

"It was a small, blue, number-like thing." 

 "Woah..."

 "Yeah...apparently my mom is going to be working with it. She's really excited since she was told it was one of the most proud and most important experiments there." 

 "That's amazing (Y/n)!" You then look down, disappointed."Hey...what's wrong?" (B/f/n) notices your disappointment.

 "I just... I just feel bad..." 

 "Feel bad for what?"

 "Experiment: Four..."

 "Wait...is that what the experiment you saw is called?" You nod in agreement. 

 "When I went to look at it, it saw me and was clearly scared... Imagine what messed up stuff people might do to the poor thing. Heck, it barely can speak ..." You feel guilt flood inside you.

 "... I mean" They put they're hand on your shoulder. " There's nothing we can do... We're just high schoolers... Only adults listen to other adults... We're barely even adults..."

 " STILL!.... it's not right... It's twisted and wrong...and it hurts when I clearly know my mother is in on it..."
