EUCHARISTEO! We must always give thanks no matter in what situation or how down you are, because there are always something to give thanks to God! On the other hand, if you really cannot give thanks, you can be honest with God and say out the things that you have had to tell Him, you just need to be honest with Him, and I believe that He sure will listen to us!
