I stand on a tree stump with a chainsaw in my hands, "now that's how you cut down a 90-foot tree," I say to my employees
"That was truly a work of art!" One of them says with tears in his eyes
"I see, it went exactly where you said it would," another with glasses says
"Yep, it went right where I wanted to and no one got hurt," I say marching to them.
"Here, let's see if you got the idea," I say as I pass the chainsaw to the one with glasses
He took it and walked to another tree a bit smaller than the one I cut down. I watch as he cuts down a tree exactly how I taught him. The tree went down away from us which is exactly what I wanted.
I still get the same satisfaction for cutting down trees in the real world as I did in SAO...its been 16 years since then. I've come a long way, I've made my own forestry business and its thriving. I own multiple logging trucks and even more machines for cutting down trees.
I continue teaching the two new employees how to cut down trees, I always start with a chainsaw and move up from there.
The sky was getting a bit darker and the newbies finished their training. All that left is the paperwork....the worst part....ill do it tomorrow.
I hop into my truck and drive my way home. It wasn't a long drive from the forest where the training was taking place in. My house was a sweet little log cabin. I park my truck and walk up to the front door
As I reached it, the door opened and out came a bunch of joy
"Your home!" A little child says running up to my leg and hugging it.
"Hello my little Elizabeth," I say patting her head
"Lizzy! Let your father get in the house before you tackle him," a woman says from the cabin
"Ok, mommy!" Elizabeth says with a pout as she walks back into our cabin. I follow her and I'm met with a beautiful woman with brown hair.
"I'm home Rikka," I say with a smile as we kiss
"Welcome home," she says
"How were the newbies!" Elisabeth says curiously
"They were fine, my little tree cutter, but not as good as you," I say as Elizabeth puffs out her chest and shows her guns on her little arms
I laugh a bit before Rikka serves us dinner.
I look at her and at the food again
"It's safe to eat, you've done this every time I make dinner!" She says annoyed
"I'm sorry, but your cooking in SAO was horrendous," I say shoving a spoon full in my mouth. Rikka's cooking has come a long way since SAO.
In fact, a lot has changed. Me and Rikka are married, and Elizabeth is 7 years old.
Honestly, I may not remember what happened before SAO...but I don't need too.
I have everything I need right here

(A/N): Imma sucker for epilogues. But this marks the end for this little short series. I was actually debating if I should end it or not. But here we are. I hope you enjoyed the story and look at my other stories as well.
