The quirk

(3rd POV)
(Flashback 12 years)
Today was a normal day like any other for little izuku midoriya except of Course today was Izuku's birthday and being four it's time to find out if he had a quirk and he did get his quirk 3 as a matter of fact the first one is called speed: when activated (which it always was can't be deactivated) he can run anywhere from 300 (little less then Mach one) to about the same as some of the best short distance sprinters (except for practically everyone cause his quirk is all about running) at the cost of energy and stamina his speed can be increased with training just as energy and lung capacity. His second quirk is called Stim: when activated a syringe like item is created in his left palm, acting as an adrenaline boost it further increases his speed as well as upper and lower leg strength making him able to jump higher and kick harder the Stim is made out of his blood so over use can cause him to lose coloration one his face and pass out similarly to bleeding out which is hard because it also gives him a strong healing factor and increased blood pump and rate at which it's created. His third and finale quirk jump pad: self explanatory however he can jump in any direction when he lands/runs on it draw back is energy and it takes about 25-40 seconds to recharge and use again. After learning of his quirks izuku and his mother head to the park so he can play with his best friend our little cinnamon roll was happy that was until kachaan his best friend got his quirk that was the last time they hung out together, that was 12 years ago

It's the end of school and Izuku Midoriya couldn't be happier you see the bullying only got worse as time went on kachaan everyday would physically abuse izuku before class and at the end of the day even others would join in he never knew why did they just hate him? Or was it because he never used his quirk? Everyone knew he had a quirk after all it would be hard to hide because it's changed him physically his legs are made out of metal (octanes) and he is fairly slim now not by any means is he weak when it comes to strength he can hold his own against average adults and Stim boosts his strength but he's slim to help with aerodynamics and to run even faster standing at 5 ft 10 in he's not short taller then some students but that's everything his hair stayed the same messy mop of green it's always been and his eyes are the same emerald green if not slightly dulled due to the trauma he's experienced all throughout his life but he's still the same energetic kid as always and being smart helps especially since he's already at college level stuff you could say he's smart and turning sixteen in a few means he can get his drivers license soon "ok class time to talk about your futures but... I KNOW YOU ALL WANT TO BECOME HEROS" the teacher says tossing papers all over the place as everyone uses their quirks "alright everyone settle down we're still in school" everyone starts to calm down when "HEY TEACH DON'T LUMP ME WITH THESE EXTRAS THEY'D BR LUCKY TO END UP AS SIDEKICKS FOR SOME D-LIST NOBODYS" a few don't take this to kindly calling him an ass and stuff like that "oh you want to go to U.A don't you bakugou" this causes more murmurs like "isn't it really tough to get in" and "I heard their acceptance rate is like 0.2" "YEAH YOU BET AND I ACED THE MOCK EXAMS SO I AM THE ONLYN PERSON FROM THIS CRAPPY SCHOOL TO GO THERE" sparking more murmurs until "oh yeah didn't midoriya apply there as well" the room went quiet then talking, now I wasn't popular but I'm not hated by anyone except bakugou and his "friends" BOOM my desk explodes and being prepared Izuku jumped back and lands on the floor "DO YOU REALLY THINK YOU CAN COMPETE WITH ME DEKU!!!" The walking stick of dynamite asks "oh don't worry I know I can't compete that's why I'm aiming for the support course" izuku is as good as lying as he is running after what happens to his mom he had too "YEAH THATS RIGHT YOU CANT COMPETE WITH ME I'M GONNA BE NUMBER ONE AND EVEN MORE FAMOUS THEN ALL MIGHT" he screeches again "alright boys that's enough head back to your seats.
(Time skip to end of school)
(Izuku POV)
I was packing up my stuff when katsuki snatches one of my note books from me "hey man what's that" one of the lackeys say "hero notes for the future" the three share a chuckle "listen here Deku" bakugou "kachaan" katsuki day "if you want to be a hero I got some advice... take a swan dive off the roof and hope for a better quirk in your next life" then after he explodes my note book and tosses it out the window, shocking the three of them I follow suit and catch my book midair making a jump pad I fly right back up and into the window "you know it would be a shame if you didn't get into your dream school and all it would take from me is just walking towards any cop on the street and reporting what you've done to me since we where four" I lean in closer and put a hand on his shoulder "after all my body's walking evidence  kachaan" not giving any of them time I take my stuff and leave.
Walking under a bridge I hear a sloshing noise and when I turn around I see a slime come busting out of the sewers "ah a little on the skinny side but you'll be the perfect-hurk AAAHHH WHAT THE HELL" not giving him time to react I kick him again in the eye, trying to grab me I make a pad and throw it into his face "AH just sit still and let me consume you dammit" "but why that sounds slow and boring but this is fast and fun" I say kicking him again when I hear "DO NOT FEAR, WHY? FOR I AM HERE" it's all might "TEXAAASSS... SSMMMAAASH!!" "HELLO MY BOY THANK YOU FOR KEEPING HIM OCCUPIED WHILE I FIND MY WAY HERE!!! THE SEWERS WHERE MUCH HARDER TO NAVIGATE THEN I THOUGHT!!" "Y-yeah no p-p-problem all might hey before you go can you sign this" I ask as he's scooping up the slime villain into bottles "SURE I DON'T SEE WHY NOT" taking the marker he signs his name and says "WELL I MUST BE OFF I HAVE A VILLAIN TO TAKE AWAY SEE YOU AROUND" and with that he jumps away, standing there a little dumb struck I compose myself and keep going boom "huh sounds like another villain' I think to myself I look up to see a crowd forming getting a peak I could see slime "oh no the slime villain escaped from all might but how' "everyone stand back this place isn't safe and he's got a hostage "hostage who could that be' getting a closer look I see it's our resident explosive shit head "dammit non of our quirks are good for something like this we can't get close enough" one of the hero's say "why does the matter your hero's it's in the job description to get hurt or worse' I continue to think looking over I can see katsuki struggling to breath after finally having enough I run through the crowd at the slime ignoring the calls for me to come back "Stim, Stim, Stim, STIM" making multiple stims and using all of them at once I increase my speed to 400 mph and activating speed increasing it to 700 almost Mach one I jump at the villain freeing katsuki and landing on the other side carefully "I didn't need your help Deku" having enough of his shit I just knock him out "WHY YOU YOU BRAT YOU JUST TOOM MY HOSTAGE" "ok I have 8 more seconds better make this count' thinking to myself I run at the villain and kick him in his eye so hard the wind pressure puts out the fire and sends him everywhere picking up the Pomeranian I throw him in front of the hero's "there one hostage and one villain oh and look who's finally awake" I look down at katsuki and it doesn't take long for everyone to praise him for being brave while I got scolded "what no thank you for doing your job for you" everyone is taken aback by this "that walking pile of shit over there deserves one thing and that's a slow death I hate him with all my being and I still saved him, while you "pros hero's" sat back and did nothing because your quirks didn't fit the problem at hand he caused more damage in like 8 minutes then the slime because he couldn't control his quirk and yet he gets praised instead of the person the saved him? No screw this and screw you I'm leaving" not giving them a second I just left I was tired and not in the mood for it when "I'm not gonna thank you I didn't need your help" Not even turning around I just flip him off and say "maybe so but now I've saved you and I can hold this over your head for a long while" he was going to say something else, and he did but I ignored him instead heading home when all might showed up "HELLO MY BOY HOW ARE YOU DOING" I'm alright tired but alright" "I SEE WELL I NEED TO T-" he coughed up blood and steam emitted from him "a-a-all might what happened to you?" "*sigh* this is the real me cmon let's talk.

"Well there we go that's the whole thing so do you accept?" small might asks "no" "I thought you woul- wait WHAT?" "I said no" "but why?" "Well to put it simply I don't want it and if I do get it when ever I use it it'll feel like cheating and that's not fun I wanna become a hero with my speed and own power" "ah I see" small might says sadly "but instead what if I helped you find a worthy successor" "thank you well I have to go I'll see you around" "and I'll see you at U.A Toshinori"
