Hi Rosie,

I'm not quite like most people, as I'm sure you already know. I like Mondays believe it or not. There's just something about the fresh start of a week. Well, no, let's just say that I don't HATE Mondays.

Today wasn't so bad. The boys came up to me today again. Do they really have to be that loud? I really think it's their life mission to make me go deaf before my prime years. Hello, I want to go through a mid life crisis with my hearing. I wouldn't have the entire experience without it. Also, do they really have to be that touchy? Seriously, what is the deal with all the hands.

I hope it's like this for other people too. I don't wanna be the only one complaining about these small things while everyone else is worrying about the stupid guards. Ever since back in June or May, when the protests started to become a thing again, it hasn't stopped. In fact, it's gotten a lot worse. I don't know if it's just my little faith in humanity or if it's truly gotten worse. I hear about all these statements being made and politicians seeking change, but it still hasn't hit Congress. I really don't see an issue with these changes. You brought people here to help build your livelihood, but you don't wanna keep them here? It makes no sense. I can honestly say that I do not understand the problem. The guards are just here to watch and observe. They don't really serve a purpose unless it's obvious that you're forming a kind of union or riot. It's like the freaking 90s, 60s, 1800s all that all over again. You know what they say, history repeats itself. It shouldn't, obviously, but everyone is just stupid.

Anyway, we only have one more day to work on our project. Liam has been working really hard surprisingly. We decided to do it on Lincoln, because he's the best. Since he's the best, it's been the easiest to work through this project. We've already finished our essays on why he was a good president. We're just working on the song now. It's been a blast working with him. I hope that means we're friends now. LOL. I'll be thinking about you, Rosie.

QOTC: What do you think your spirit animal is?

My answer, I honestly have no idea. My favorite realistic animal is a penguin, but my favorite imaginary animals are unicorns and dinosaurs. I feel like I'm a scorpion or a lion, because I like to believe I'm fierce. I'm also very cunning and brutal if I have to be. But I'm also really joyous, so I'm not sure about those animals. What do you think I am?

In this chapter I mentioned some futuristic possibilities about this country. I'm not a very outspoken person on any of my platforms, but I seem to have the most feed back on this one which I assume means I have an audience. I posted this message on my Instagram post, but it's fair that I also share it here and my message board.

This is what I said:
"I am not very vocal on this platform, but in this time I need to be. I don't have a large audience— maybe not one at all— but this needs to be said anywhere it can, as long as this Earth still spins. I understand this post seems insufficient. That is not the point.

I can sit here on my ass and post on my story and retweet someone else's tweet and inform those that are misinformed, but I can't do that without properly speaking out and I can not speak out without being sufficiently informed.

I am sorry it took me so long to stuff my brain with adequate material. I am sorry I did not fulfill my job as an ally. Most importantly, I am sorry that this war still continues 4 centuries later. That's 400 years. Why has it taken this long for America to change and still stay unchanged?

To our government,
Please realize staying still is the problem. Please realize that your country is suffering. Please realize that we are not developed enough to claim the title "Best Country". We are not free enough to have an "American Dream". This country was built on the BACKS of African Americans. The blacks of this world are responsible for EVERYTHING that still stands today. Be better.

To my fellow allies,
Please realize that we are the problem. Please continue to support our brothers and sisters even after the fight seems to have stopped. It will never stop as long as we keep fighting. Once we stop, it's over. Maintain your ground. Call out your FAMILY members that can not see the light. Become the support system to this movement forever more.

Please understand that we will NEVER understand the struggles they go through: the struggles they have gone through, the struggles they will go through, and the struggles that do not seem to be such an obstacle but still are. They can not defeat a system that was built against them from the start alone. We must walk beside them and pave the way for their voices to be heard.

To my black brothers and sisters,
I am sorry we didn't achieve your rights sooner. I will stand with you. I will listen and I will teach others the meaning of your life. I will support you, always.

Black lives matter everyday. Get that through your heads [, because THIS is the start of a new era.] <3"

I really hope some new effective changes start happening. It's been so long since a real reform and we need it. What are your guys' thoughts? I really do want to know!
