" Well ma'am.... That's... Something alright " Officer windstone stated as he set his pen aside scanning the notes he had written on his small yellow pad.

" So... You're not... At all... Thinking that I'm crazy after what I just said? " I asked curiously and the officer just shrugged.

" Things happened " He replied.

" So who's blood was it?... You know the blood on the knife thing" I asked which the officer replied almost robotically.

" That Blood is from Rachel Mist, a Girl who lives in A neighboring town. She was murdered in her sleep that very night the killer had snuck in your house. You're lucky you have dogs protecting you miss. That man is A Serial Killer involved in hundreds of unsolved cases... I may say that you and your brother are the only people alive to have encountered with him " The officer finished making me gulp.

The only people alive?....

" Ok... Now for my question " I smirked and the officer gave me a solemn look.

" Miss I just answered your questio--"

" I never stated that, THAT was the question I wanted you to answer " I sharply cut him off which he gave me a skeptical look but I wasn't backing down.

He gave up with a sigh before gesturing for me to ask away .

" Is my brother... Involved in one of these cases?... " I asked which caught him off guard.

He cleared his throat before answering.

" Why would you ask that Miss? "

" Well for one. I'm pretty sure you yourself know a thing or two about these strange happenings judging from you reaction earlier from my statements and you were completely cool with those facts almost as if... You heard those happenings over and over again until you are fully used to it... The most common look a person will give is a ' are you kidding ' look... You on the other hand gave a knowing look... Shall I explain even further? " I beamed and the police officer was speechless.

" Good deduction skills Miss Kendleson... I don't think I'll get away if I'll lie to you... So I'll answer you honestly... Yes Your Brother is indeed in charge of a case... The Jeffery Alexander Woods Case... A. K. A Jeff the Killer.... Your brother was the best of the best even surpassing the talents of a SWAT member... He was the best in our town and it's not long before the head of our force asked for him to take on a case that no one would dare take....
