two weeks later....

y/n's pov

it's been two weeks and my morning sickness still hasn't stopped. mattia noticed I was throwing up a lot but I just told him that I have a stomach bug.

kairi and I have been getting to know eachother a lot more and we're comfortable around eachother. we've gotten pretty close. so it was only a matter of time before I told him.

and well alejandro...... he still likes me, a lot and I still like him. I was at kairi's house because mattia and chris needed to invite some guests and the guests aren't allowed to see me or im toast.

y/n: hey, kairi?
kairi: yea?
y/n: if I ask u to do something promise u won't tell anyone

the only person that knew that I might be pregnant was Chris.

kairi: what is it?
y/n: well I was wondering if u can buy me a pregnancy test
kairi: what?! don't tell me u think you're....?
y/n: that's exactly what I think
kairi: ur only 17!
y/n: yes I know kairi, but please, I need to know for sure
kairi: does mattia know about this?
y/n: no, that's why I want this to be kept a secret. if the test comes out negative then we pretend this never happened
kairi: and if it comes out positive?
y/n: well we'll see
kairi: all right I'll be quick
y/n: thank you kairi, I owe u one
kairi: yea u do
he then puts on his jacket, grabs his keys and walks out the front door locking it behind him.

skip time

what felt like hours he finally showed up to the house.

kairi comes inside the house with a bag

I run up to him.
y/n: is this it?
kairi: yea, I didn't know which ones to get so I bought u two different brands
y/n: thank you, here come to the bathroom with me
kairi: wha-
he was interrupted by me grabbing his arm and pulling him inside the bathroom.

kairi: imma just go
y/n: no kairi, I need u to stay. for whatever answer it comes out to be I'm gonna need some emotional support
kairi: alright
y/n: okay turn around

I sit on the toilet and rip open the box and place the test under me and started to pee.

when I was done I put the cap on it and placed it on top of the sink. then I grabbed the other brand and peed on that. i put the top on it and set it on the sink. i turned both of the tests around so I couldn't see the answer.

y/n: okay u can look now
kairi: how long does it take to get the results?
y/n: the packaging says 3 minutes
kairi: so now we wait

those three minutes took so long it felt like 10 minutes. we were waiting in the living room. i nudge kairi.

y/n: hey let's go it's been three minutes, they should be done by now
kairi: alright
so we both entered the bathroom.

y/n: u flip one over and I flip the other one on three. ready?
kairi & y/n: 1.....2......3

we both flipped it over at the same time and stared at both the tests in shock. my mind was racing with thoughts and I can only hear my thoughts and I was so lost in them. i dropped the test and collapsed on the ground crying. then kairi goes on his knees and hugs me me.

kairi: shhh, okay everything's gonna be okay
y/n: *sobs* what will I tell him?
kairi: hey look at me

I look at him with tears running down my cheeks and he wiped them off with his finger.

kairi: it's not just u, both of us will tell him okay?
y/n: thank you so much kairi, but i just- i can't believe I'm actually pregnant.
kairi rests his chin on my head and runs his fingers through my hair

kairi: yea me too

kairi pov

and to think I actually had a chance with her. don't get me wrong, I'm not in love with her but I actually started to develop a little bit of feelings, but I know that now the best thing I can do is support her and if I try making my move with her it'll only make things worse on her decision with alejandro and mattia.

she really needs to choose. both of them are head over heels for her and I can see why. the only thing alejandro ever talks about is her and the only thing mattia ever talks about is her.

now she has to tell mattia that she's pregnant and not only that, but choose who she wants to be with. yea, she may be carrying mattia's baby but that doesn't mean she would end up with mattia. she might end up being with alejandro. I can only imagine the stress she must be under making such hard decisions.

oh y/n, what did u get urself into?

i see that she falls asleep in my arms. she looked adorable. I take her up to my room and lay her on the bed. and I just go downstairs and watch a movie.

y/n's pov:

*dreaming*

where am i? why is it so dark?
voice: y/n!

it's my father...... i run up to him and go to hug only for my arms to go right through his body as if he were some ghost.

dad: listen y/n, I don't have much time. but I came here to tell u that u must be with the man that makes u happy the most, the man that you know you'll spend ur whole life with, the man that when you when go to the beach he'll be there looking at you and taking in ur beauty. the man that will be the best father for this child. the one that u love.

there was only one name that crossed my mind.
