This is a story about a 18 year old girl named Marissa is working her normal shift at the cofee shop and ends up meeting the love of her life who helps her find and overcome her past.

Then I woke up. I was in my room again, no test tubes no children, no man in a white lab coat. I was still crying and I sat there and hugging my knees to my chest trying to process what I had just witnessed, Then I remembered how the kids seemed like a picture that I had found. I got up and looked at the picture on the back of it. It said, my sister and me, I sighed wishing I knew more about them. Looking at the time on my phone I saw that it was already 2 I shrugged and grabbed my phone and put on some music and started drawing. I drew all the rest of the day only stopping to grab something to eat. I had then realized it was Sunday and that I had school tomorrow and it was already 11:30 so I put away my drawing stuff and went to sleep.
"beep beep beep beep" my alarm had rang waking me up so I had got up and brushed my teeth, as I was heading to the kitchen I heard a knock at the door and I opened it and there was a package, I had brought it inside and grabbed a piece of toast and my bag and left locking the doors behind me. As I got near the school I sighed at how crowded it was, I never really liked crowds or attention so I just climbed up a tree and sat there watching as everyone went inside.
I then heard a familiar voice "hey Marissa" I jumped a little startled that anyone noticed me then I realized who it was.
"oh Rose, hi" I said climbing down from the tree "How did you know it was me?" She shrugged and looked at me and smiled then I noticed that a lot of the crowd was inside. "i'm gonna head inside now so see ya" I said starting to walk inside. I heard her following. "you go to this school too?" I asked turning around and looking at her.
"yep" she said and looked at me too as our eyes locked together for a second.
"s so" I said looking away, blushing and I smiled seeing that she was blushing too, how adorable I thought and smiles
she then said "um well I better head to class so see ya"
"bye then, um see you later at the cafe?" I asked
"mhm" she said and waved while walking away and I waved back and smiling watched for a little then went into my class.
The whole school day seemed so long. first was math we had to do a lot of calculus. Then science study more Physics. Then in English we had to read a bunch of stories for a project. Writing we had to write a 20 page essay, and on and on. then we had art which we were pretty much free to do anything, I painted rose. Then finally the bell to the end of school rang and I walked outside seeing a familiar face It was rose. " hey, you headed to the cafe?" she asked.
