Kokichi bounced as he stood on his beloved's doorstep, a bouquet of purple roses in his hand. Kokichi never thought that his shy little Shumai would ever invite him over to his house~ and yet here they are! What an experience~! Kokichi jabbed a finger into the doorbell next to the door. A faint ding dong! sounded, followed by faint footsteps approaching closer towards the entryway before a click sounded and the door swung open. Kokichi grinned, as in the doorway stood his beloved Shumai, looking sharp and amazing as ever even in a casual pastel blue hoodie and jeans.
"Hiiiiiii Saihara-Chan!!" Kokichi jumped and wrapped his arms around Shuichi. Shuichi staggered backwards a step, regaining his balance before returning the hug, squeezing Kokichi tightly.
"Hello Kokichi." Shuichi greeted him, with a happy and relaxed tone. As alluring and charming as ever, Saihara-Chan~ Kokichi thought, snickering. He would've loved to stay in that embrace forever, however that would mean they would be wasting time on their little date night~ Kokichi gently pushed himself away before shoving his bouquet of purple roses into Shuichi's face.
"For you, Saihara-chan, nishishi!" Kokichi giggled with a tiny bow.
"A-ah, thank you, Kokichi-" Shuichi muttered through the flowers as he took it. "I actually have something prepared for you too, as a matter of a fact."
"Oh really now~?" Kokichi asked mischievously, smirking. "Just be gentle, ok?"
"W-wha- N-no! Kokichi!" Shuichi stammered, a flush spreading across his face. "Y-you know I don't do those kinds of t-things!"
"Nishishi! I know!" Kokichi giggled, swinging his arms back to be behind his head. "Just messing around with you~" Shuichi breathed a sigh, with a small relieved smile.
"I know. A-anyways, would you like to come in?" Shuichi invited Kokichi, stepping aside to allow space for Kokichi to walk inside. Kokichi grinned, skipping inside.
"Don't mind if I do!" Kokichi laughed, skipping into the living room, a mixture of white and light gray, with the cream colored carpet, a large window to the right of the white sofa, light gray cabinets with books and DVDs. Kokichi leapt over the back of the couch, flopping into the sofa. Shuichi followed after Kokichi, but instead of joining him on the couch, Shuichi turned to the kitchen. Snacks for the movie, perhaps?
"Would you like something to drink, Kichi?" Shuichi asked from the kitchen.
"Do you even need to ask, stupidhead?" Kokichi called out in response, flipping over to hang his legs over the back of the sofa, sitting upside down. "Panta please!" From the kitchen, Kokichi could hear soft, adorable laughter. A big stupid grin spread across Kokichi's face as he grabbed a nearby pillow and pressed it into his face. That stupid laughter! It's almost as bad as the smile that would be on his dear Saihara-Chan's face every time Kokichi teased him.
"I should've guessed as much." Shuichi sighed in the distance. Faintly, there was a sound of a fridge opening. "Oh, shoot." Shuichi muttered. Kokichi sat up straight, staring at the direction of the kitchen. What happened?
"Something wrong, my love~?" Kokichi cooed teasingly.
"Ah- no, nothing. Would grape juice suffice as a Panta replacement?" Kokichi raised an eyebrow. Panta replacement...?
Kokichi scoffed, crossing his arms even though he knew Shuichi couldn't see him, what with the dining room behind him and the kitchen next to the dining room. "Of course not! Nothing could EVER replace Panta! Why did ya ask?"
"I... might've ran out of Panta." Kokichi gasped, sensing Shuichi entering the dining room behind him.
"No- it just can't be!" Kokichi gasped dramatically, flopping over the back of the sofa, his head hanging over the back seeing Shuichi, with his hands behind his back. "How could you do this to me Shumai??"
