Are stories always complete?

Kushal could not understand anything that was happening as Arun kept shouting "Sagari, you see the report, do you see the reason,even after all this don't you think it's because it's me". "You just wanted more comfort to the family,Arun. You never thought the cars would have faulty replacements, did you? Stop blaming yourself,please. It's not the time to blame yourself and let the actual criminal be in peace. For now, please take some rest" said Sagarika as she took him to their room and made sure he slept. She came down to her shocked children. "Ma, what is it? why does he blame himself? who are those kids? I have never seen Dad behave this way" cried Karan. Tanya could not believe that her dad had actually shouted and created a scene in the house, she had never seen him speak in this manner. It was only when Herun visited them that she had seen him speak so much. Sagarika sat down to explain the story which haunted the family like a nightmare. 17 years ago when the families had earned enough to buy a car, Arun came up with the idea of buying 2 second hand cars and accordingly 2 cars were brought. They had hired a driver. One day when Arundati had to travel for Herun's interview, she took Arun's car with their driver as Arun and Neel had taken Neel's car to attend a case. She and the driver met with an accident and died on the spot on the way. This shook the family and the reason for the accident yet again was the faulty steering in the car. The widow of their driver was asked to come to  Arun's house and was informed about her husband's death, she immediately fainted and when she was taken to the hospital she was found dead due to heart attack. This had shaken Arun immensely and left him traumatised and thus, Arun blames himself for all the deaths. And now that even Neel is dead due to the same reason,he blames himself for making Kushal an orphan. Taanya curiously asked who was the other orphan that Arun mentioned. Sagarika took a deep breath and said " He thinks of the driver's family and their children who would been born if the driver and his wife would have been alive" to which Taanya questioned " Why does he think of their non existing children to be orphans?"
"Don't you know Arun's a overthinker, he overthinks every situation. Tell me why does he have to blame himself for the accidents?" Answered Sagarika.
"But Ma, that doesn't make…" when she was stopped by Kushal as he noticed some discomfort in Sagarika's face. He said
"That's enough,Taanu. Go get some sleep".
"Yes, you should all get some sleep now, you must be tired. I'm very tired I shall sleep now" said Sagarika as she left to her room.
"Why didn't you tell them the whole truth? It's better they know now" Said Arun who was listening to their conversations.
"Which truth? I did tell them everything!" Replied Sagarika as she closed the door.
"Why did you lie to them about driver's child?" Asked Arun.
"They need not know it. That is unnecessary" replied Sagarika.
"They have to know it, Sagari, they are old enough to understand! Why are you lying?They deserve to know the truth". said Arun.
"They are my children, I know what's good for them and what's not. If I'm not telling them the truth, they need not know it." said Sagarika.
"But, you can't be a liar Sagari.You know pretty well that lies are not appreciated in this house. Don't betray them. If you are not willing to tell them then I shall". Said Arun firmly.
"For once can you differentiate our house from your courtroom, please. It is I who took care of them since 16 years. I gave up my career as a surgeon so that I could spend time with the kids and take care of  you. Don't you remember how depressed you were when Aru died? I made sure that Kush never left lonely. And now you are calling me , a liar! Seriously Arun? You want me to tell them the truth which will shock them even more! They are continuously shocked by the events happening. Let them be in peace. And I get to decide about the truth they'll know. And they know the truth they have to. Please don't bring this topic ever again, Arun,for God's sake. " That was a strong reply that she had ever given to him.
