Taanya, Kushal and Karan had firmly decided to find out the criminals and get them punished. Next day Karan got the details of the dealer who sold the cars to Arun through the law firm's accountant. Kushal asked for his mother's accident case file in the department. In the evening all three of them sat down together in Taanya's room to discuss and plan. At first they studied Arundhati's case file and noted the common points between Neel's and her case. Later Karan called the dealer and said "Good evening, Sir. I am Karan. May I speak to Surendra, please.
"Good evening. Yes,speaking. What do you want? asked the dealer.
"That's a deep voice,he must be old and he seems sick" whispered Kushal.
"And he lives just 5 kilometres away from here, Bhaiya." said Taanya who was seeing the details about his house address.
"I want to buy a secondhand car. Can you please help me to buy one."asked Karan.
"I don't do that business anymore and do not try to call me ever again" said Surendra furiously and immediately he cut the call.
"He definitely knows something about the replacements. " said Kushal.
"Let's go to his house." said Karan and they immediately left.
"Yes, we have reached and .... Yes, number 67, this is his house" Taanya said as she got down the car and searched. They rang the doorbell and after 2 minutes when Kushal was planning to break the doors, an old man with curly hairs opened the doors. He seemed sick and held a walking stick in his hand. As soon as he opened the doors he yelled "Are you alive,beta! My child, where were you for so long? and fell down as he lost the grip over his walking stick. Taanya rushed to the car to get a water bottle. Karan and Kushal helped him get up and sit on a chair in his house. A photo hanging on a wall caught Kushal's eye and he moved closer to it and got glued. Immediately he called Karan to see the photo. Both of them were shocked at what they saw. Taanya gave the water bottle to the old man and as he drank, Karan took a picture of the photo hanging on the wall and ran out of the house.
"Bhaiya, what happened? screamed Taanya and when she turned to Kushal to ask, the photo caught her eye too. She froze seeing the photo while tears rolled down her cheeks. Karan drove to his house and called out for his mother.
"Ma, what's this?" he asked as he showed the picture on his phone. Sagarika was shocked to see the picture Karan showed her. She collapsed on the ground and cried her heart out.
