Season 1 , Episode 10 : At least It's Justice

"Chicago PD !" Antonio shouted , banging his hand on the penthouse door. The person didn't answer since the electronic music was fucking blaring so loud , they could hear nothing but the music outside.

Antonio stood in front of the door while Kim leaned against the side of the door frame. Adam and Hailey were right behind her. A woman made a loud noise in there and they all looked each other.

Antonio kicked the door open , causing it to splinter. They all checked around before Kim stopped at the living room , her jaw almost dropping. Antonio and Adam and Hailey came to her as well before they all stared. Adam went to the kitchen counter and leaned on it , watching before Hailey elbowed him.

Their suspect Nick Djurovic was wearing a black and red robe and a black leather belt was against his neck. Three women were dancing around him and he literally sucking the cake off of a woman's body even though it was smeared all over his face.

One of the woman gasped after noticing them and the other women stopped as well, trying to cover themselves from the cops. Nick slowly stopped and wiped his eyes before seeing the cops shock all over his face.

Adam started laughing with a smile on his face , full of amusement.

Nick slowly stood up before shoving one of the woman in their direction, Kim had caught her and he ran off to the balcony to jump but his belt got caught on the leg , lowly choking him.

They ran over and looked down at the man choking with pink icing all over his face. Adam didn't stop laughing as he looked down at the man.

"You got a little erotic asphyxiation situation here buddy ? How do you get into that type of thing? Asking for a friend."

Kelly sighed as he watched Antonio speak to the suspect Nick Djurovic through the glass. He practically admitted to murder but since the man who was testifying was dead , they couldn't prosecute him for it.

"You recognize him ?" Hank Voight asked him and Kelly Severide looked at him shaking his head before looking back at Detective Dawson talking to the suspect.

"It's not the guy who ran."

"You sure ?"

Kelly nodded before looking back at Voight.

"Yeah , positive."

The door opened and both of them looked over to see Kim Burgess walking in. Kim had already gotten the heads up from Jay that her ex lover was already in there with Voight , it wasn't really a heads up , Jay joked about it and didn't know she was there until they made eye contact and he looked away with her trying to not laugh.

She kept her eyes on the notepad as she walked in before standing in the middle of the two men, looking at Voight who turned her , ignoring Kelly's eyes that stared at her.

"Well the time of death on the torso was about 48 hours ago." She said before looking at the glass that showed Djurovic and Dawson. "The same time he was visiting his mother in her nursing home in Milwaukee. They got him signed in and on camera , it's not him."

Voight let out a deep breath as she shrugged.

"Maybe he farmed out the hit ?"

"Nah , it doesn't make sense." Voight commented as they all looked into the room. "Because he's one of the criminals you would farm out to. "

He turned to Kim and patted her shoulder , walking out. Kim pushed her hair back and brushed it behind her ears before looking at Kelly. Ignoring his heated look , she asked him a question.
