The Aftermath

"Hey! Over here! There's a kid!"

"What? He seriously grabbed a kid too? This guy is horrible."

"Hang on a second... she's still alive! Quick! Go get more help!"

"No way! Right! I'll get anyone I can!"

"She won't make it here. We need to transfer her to a more advanced hospital."

"What? Where is that?"

"The best chance for her survival would be to Japan. Right now she's stable, but if she isn't treated right away, she won't make it."

"Please... just help our baby."

"Of course, Ma'am. We'll pay for your tickets, but we need to transfer your daughter right away."

"Hey, did you hear about the attack in America yesterday?"

"Yeah, there was a huge villain that attacked that mall, right? A lot of people died in the accident."

"But didn't your guys hear? There's a kid that survived!"

"What? No way. How'd they survive?"

"Who knows? But some pros found her knocked out right next to the last explosion before the villain knocked out. They're transferring her here to get treated since America doesn't have the proper equipment to help her."

"That's crazy. So she's here now? Did you get any names?"

"Yeah, the kid's name is Abe Doll. Her parents are flying in tomorrow."

"No wonder the news has been exploding recently. It's always either on All Might or what happened in America."

"How much longer will she be in surgery?"

"I'm sorry, Ma'am. But it appears that some sort of chemical had affected her eyes. We aren't sure what it is but there is severe damage to her eyes."

"What are you saying?"

"I'm afraid that... your daughter may be blind."

"More news about that girl."

"Is she out of surgery yet?"

"Yeah, she just got out last night. They said there was a chemical blast that she was exposed to, so they're saying she might be blind now."

"It's still crazy. Everyone else in that attack that was trapped in the mall died. To be able to come out of that with just losing her eyesight. Either she's got some crazy quirk, or some insane luck on her side."

"You think they'll release more information when she wakes up?"

"You kidding? There's been press and news reporters crowding outside the hospital she was taken to ever since she got here. No doubt they're gonna get something."

"I feel kinda bad. She's so young and she went through such a horrible attack..."

"Come on, that kid's a fighter. If she can survive that kind of attack, just imagine the kind of hero she'll be!"

"How could she be a hero without her eyesight?"

"Well, her other senses might be enhanced now that her sight is gone. She'd make a really great stealth and rescue hero."

"Man, now I wanna meet her! Just think about it! Meeting the girl who survived a deadly attack, then became the first blind hero? That'd be awesome!"
