Ameila:

I wake up feeling a little better and decided to just relax for a bit before going down stairs.
I can hear commotion going on down there and I'd just rather be alone right now. I see there is a blueberry muffin and a glass of water on the table beside my bed.

Perfect cause I definitely need a snack if I'm going to be hiding up here.

I eat the muffin and enjoy every bite it's so delicious, that I hope there are more for later. I have a sip of my water and go stand over by the window. Looking out I see this guy chopping wood. He is the most perfect guy I have ever seen.

His black hair and bright blue eyes. And that body omg his body is just perfect. His muscles forming every time he swings the axe. I can feel myself, thinking of him it is making me dizzy.

I look down to see him looking back up at me with this smile that could kill. My heart stopped and I jumped out of the view in the window.

Omg who was that gorgeous creature and Damit I made my self look so dumb great first impression ameila.

I hear a knock at the door

"Hello, ameila? Its oma, may I come in?

I walk over and open the door.

"Hi.. oma yes please come in, thank you for the muffin."

"Oh dear your very welcome, I know this must be strange. Being around people you never knew existed let alone everything that has happend so far."

"Ya I'm pretty confused, lots of everything I have herd, it just doesn't make sense."

"Yes well your mother was suppose to teach you these things but she passed before you were of age to understand, and well your father should have brought you right here after your mother passed but he wasn't very happy with us."

"Why wasn't he happy with you guys"

" well sweetheart once you learn about everything you might understand why he felt the way he did, I want you to judge for yourself. You should have been raised in this not put in the middle of it, at your age and for that I am sorry."

" it's ok oma, I'm ready to hear all about it."

My oma went on telling me a wild story of our family history and becoming wolves. How we are the only family with female alphas that's why we are white wolves. She told me about when we turn 19 our wolf comes out, she told me about the The history of the black moon pack and how they tried to kidnap my mom once but didn't succeed. Then when her mate rejected her she was lost and ran away that's when she meet my father and the wolf family was lost to her.

I sat there bewildered. I just learned my whole life was a lie, that I had a huge family that all couldn't wait to meet me. Why would my mom keep these things from me.

"Dear I know you must be so confused right now. I suggest you read through your mothers journals and learn a little through her eyes" oma suggested.

" oma?"

"Yes dear"

"I turned 19 already and I haven't meet a wolf"

"Haha oh hunny it's ok she will show. You have been hidden from this life, so she is still dormant. Tomorrow we will have guests from every pack coming for your welcome home party. I'm sure once your wolf feels all the wolves around she may emerge. Or if your mate comes around."

"My mate?"

"Yes, you will meet all the alphas sons and one will stand out to you, they may all because all alphas are gifted with stunning looks. But what I'm talking about is a feeling you will get that just takes over"

" so my mate. He will feel the same feelings I do."

"Yes dear he will, and being alphas we feel these feelings very strong and sometimes it can bring out the beast in the man to smell his mate for the first time. Its intoxicating."

"Alright well this was not what I was expecting meeting my family for the first time."

"yes we all would have rather you been raised in this but these are the cards we have been delt. I'm going to start supper. If your feeling upto it Jesse, chris and damon are downstairs and eagerly waiting to meet you."

"Thanks oma, think I'm going to look through these journals a bit before I head down."

" no problem sweetie."

Oma got up off the bed and walked out of the room closing the door behind her.

I fall on my bed staring at the ceiling wondering what the hell happend to my life.

In just a matter of days my life has completely changed, I feel so lost.

I open the chest my dad sent with me and grabbed the first book. It must have been the last one she wrote in as it was newer then the rest. I grabbed the leather wrapped book, it had the letters JS stamped into the leather. My moms Initals jasmine Summers.

Oh how I missed her so much and wished she was here to help me through all this crazy stuff.

I dusted off the book and opened it up I flipped through the pages to the last things she wrote.

April 19, 1012

I think I made a huge mistake not raising ameila at the family estate, I was hoping that because I was with a mortal she wouldn't get the wolf but I can feel it trying to emerge.

Yesterday i seen that black SUV again, i think it is the black moon pack coming to try and take me again. I wont let that happen I'll die before they take me.

I just hope they never find out about ameila and the power that she holds. I thought from her being half mortal she wouldn't be as strong but was I ever wrong. I can feel her powers growing stronger every day.

I tried to talk to Kevin about coming back home but he said he doesnt want to lose me and ameila. If we were to go home he would never be welcomed In to the pack he would always be the outsider, i want my family happy. I might just have to send ameila when she is of age for training.

Well I better get back to her she wants to paint some pretty pictures.

A tear ran down my cheek reading the last words my mum ever wrote. I'll have to read more of of these. But for now I'm hungry and i better go meet these new people..I mean family..
