New beginnings

Friday

Damon:
I roll over in my bed and look at the time.  7am.
I rip the sheets off and walk over to my kitchenette for a glass of water.
Dad is already up reading the paper, he looks over the edge of the paper and gives me a knodd.

" I'm going for a run, I'll see ya at the party. later dad" I say as I'm jogging out of the house.

Ameila:

"Hey you!!" Jesse yells

"What I'm awake I'm awake" I say as I jump out of bed.

"Haha I scared you good eh" Jesse jokes

I get up and go into the bathroom. When I come out Jesse has a cute red dress in her hands.

" I picked this one out for you it is my favorite but I think it would look way better on you"

"Thankyou, you didn't have to, I do have some dresses" i said.

"Ya i already looked... this one is better" she says.

I grabbed the dress and went back into the bathroom. I put the dress on, brushed my hair and put on a little makeup. I walked out of the bathroom and Jesse gasped.

" omg no mate will ever be able to turn you down. Damn drop dead gorgeous" she said.

I blushed and thanked her.
She said that she would be right back and to wait so that's what I did. A couple minutes later she came back with a little box.

"I want you to have this, really it belongs to you. It was your moms, oma let me have it cause I always said how much I loved it and i think it will go perfect with your outfit."

" Jesse you dont have to, that's yours I bairly knew my mom and you love it I dont want you to feel like you have to give up things because I am here."

" oh no it's not like that at all, but I cant keep it, not if that was your moms i would feel bad for the rest of my life please take it."

"Ok I will take it"

She hands over a beautiful gold necklace, the pendant is a white gold dolphin with a diamond for an eye. It's a beautiful peice, and dolphins are my absolutely favorite sea creature.
She helps me put on the necklace and oma walks in the room.

" my dont you both just look amazing. Jesse do you mind if I have a minute alone with ameila."

"Yes of course oma, I'll be right outside waiting if you two need anything."

Jesse leaves us in the room,

" my dear tonight is going to be a whirl wind of people, dont feel bad if you cant remember everyone or their names there is plenty of time to learn all that still. Everyone is just excited to meet you." Oma explains.

I'm a little nervous, I've never had a party thrown just for me." I say.

"Dont worry sweetheart you will have an great time!" Oma says.

Oma leaves the room and Jesse comes in after her.

"So you ready for tonight?" Jesse asks.
" ya I guess so" I say and give her a wink. We head out ththe door and down the stairs. We walk out the back door and there must have been over 100 people here. All to meet me.
The yard was decorated with logs as seats and white and red flowers everywhere. These was so much food and it all smelled so good. Oma came over and moved us to our table. The head table.

"Ladys and gents please take your seat while we prepare tonight's activities. Oma says over the microphone.

"As you all know I had a daughter jasmine, who had been almost kidnaped, then rejected by her mate. She took off from the pack. She hid her life away pretty good we had no idea of the amazing gift she left behind. A daughter" oma exclaimed.
