the user can summon a bubblegum-like substance in their mouth and can use it to blow massive bubbles that can explode and are coloured according to the strongest feeling she has at that moment. They can be used as shields, transport, and to capture people. She can also mould them into different shapes but that takes a lot of stamina.
drawbacks:
nosebleeds, stomach ache and insomnia. She could also 'short circuit' a bit like denki but shes just a giggling mess for a minute or so.
