!!! NOT EDITED, yet !!!

Her mind was everywhere it was in the moment, it was in the clouds, it was in her drunkenness and it was in the past. What a horrible past she had, no wonder when she's drunk she sounds like this.

She always kept everything inside, besides she never had a friend who she could talk to about this so instead she got drunk then let her drunk self tell all the other drank people around how her how life was for her.

If someone heard her in her drank state and her sober state they would have thought that they were different people who just look the same. And that is why she drank just to get some relief from life, her only teacher.

If only Ejdar knew...But he didn't.

"W...W-Why are you looking at me like that? It's not as if I killed your mother but do you know who killed mine? N-n you wouldn't hahaha." She said as she kept stumbling towards him.

Will trying to get her balance she tripped.

"DON'T TOUCH ME!!!" She shouted as soon as she saw him trying to help her, but this only aggravated him. He didn't listen to her and went out to help her. He grabbed her bicep softly. Once they made contact sparks exploded through the place where he touched her but he didn't stop there he picked her up and carried her bridal style.

For a moment she leaned into him... Then she threw her arms and legs everywhere, aiming for his face and weak points but he dogged all of them. Her moves were sloppy due to the fact she was still drunk. He swiftly put her on his shoulder, holding her legs will the upper half of her body was hanging.

He started walking once he was sure she would not be able to escape.

She started throwing tantrums but he didn't even once stop walking. "Why must you be such a k-kidnapper if you want to kidnap something, go kidnap your b-b-brother-in-law." She said.

She didn't even have a brother neither a step-brother. She only had Step-sisters and one of them was on a mission to capture and encage her beast of a mate.

"Let go of me I can walk!!!" Dirani Shouted while hitting Ejdar back with her fist but nothing happened he just kept walking. She had had a knockdown with Ejdar and she failed miserably.

Now all she could do was keep hitting his back.

"..." Ejdar still carried her through the thick night forest and was heading towards his castle.

"You haven't said a SINGLE WORD at all, what happened to mates are supposed to praise their mate's voice. Why are you so angry? Hahaha- It is not what you think I was simply having some ale..." Her drunken voice echoed through the forest.

" Okay... Okay hahaha! I suppose I d-drank a little too much. Hah." The Woman was drunk to her witts.

"I may be drunk, but after some hours I'm going to be sober and you will be ugly."

"Anyway, why would you care even if I'm drunk? You are not m-me so you can't understand m-me." She was just blabbing things at this point. But if Ejdar listened carefully he would have noticed the depression, the sadness and the loneliness in her voice. Everything she blabbed out was connected to her past.

What could have happened to her to lead to all this...sorrow?

After a few minutes of speaking sensible nonsense, she kept quiet and started shaking awkwardly on his shoulder.

They had reached the palace and he didn't let go of her. She was still shaking on his back awkwardly. Dirani could not see where they were going because she was facing his back will her soft belly was starting to ache after being on the hard shoulder.

As he walked in dirani slightly raised her head to face the entrance that they just passed. It was beautiful. Some of the parts on the wall were made of pure gold and some of the parts were made of pure silver it was beautiful. The servants that were around looked at Dirani and were taken back by her beauty but they noticed the tears.

Could master have done something to her?

Isn't Neale master's mate? Why would he need her? But I don't blame him, she is indeed beautiful.

They had gone to a room and he placed her in bed and left her there to sleep and sober up.

...

"Where is the king? " She asked demandingly.

"He's on his way," The castle keeper said.

Did I ask you if he was on the way!?! I clearly asked where he is ?! But since I'm in a good mood I won't punish you...

"!?!?" The people who were around were dumbstruck.

I feel like she is the mistress of the household!! Could she be!?!

From the way she speaks she sounds like there is something going on between Master and her but she hasn't come to the palace for at least 6 decades!!

If she became the Mistress of the household life could be easier for the people.

Tsk. But little did they know.

"Why is no one taking me in?" She asked sweetly. She fooled everyone with her sweet voice and innocent facial expressions except the castle keeper he had lived for a very long not catch the annoyance in her tone.

"What do you want? You have no business here." Ejdar said.

He had the air of aggressiveness unique to a ruler just like an arrogant overlord. But he was a king, a god, and a mate.

He had no intention of entertaining her. He knew of her intentions and feelings. But this Goddess had a plan in mind just waiting for the right time to use it on Dirani and him. She had known long ago that they were mates but jealousy and greed had already taken its role in her.

This was not the first time he met her. In fact, he had gone through a lot of her schemes.

Like the time she killed a maid who was serving Ejdar his wine. She had already made a scheme even before she went to the gathering. The scheme was that she was meant to serve him his wine and seduce him. The wine that she prepared to serve him had a few sleeping pills and poisons so that she would be able to carry out her plan and after everything, she would then force him to take responsibility for his actions.  But the maid did it instead.

Ever since then she was on his bad book.

She missed the boat. And now she was not to be trusted by him.

Up till this very day, no one knew how he found out about the death of the maid because it was arranged very carefully.

"I just wanted to discuss a few deals with you," She said. She made sure to sound offended and sweet at the same time, what a cunning mix!

Was this crafty goddess here for a deal? Or was she here for here own greedy benefits? Was she here to make  Dirani's life miserable? What is the all the Province of the Nine realms was this Goddess really doing here?

When Neale said that, he showed no emotions on his handsome face. In fact, his glistening dark pupils remained calm and stoic as usual. He wasn't a person to be played with.

He simply said, "Leave!" And then walked away.

...

Neale was frustrated to the point where she wanted to kill Dirani. For her death was a simple as slicing someone's neck and walking away as if nothing happened.

"Osman! Call Count Gray. Tell him we need to negotiate. If he dares to refuse, tell him the keywords are power and night." She spat out.

She was on a mission to make Dirani's life hell!

But little did they know that...

The crazy Goddess would underestimate her!
