Hero's pov
It's beautiful out here the sun is beginning to set and I tell Jo "dinner is almost done babe." I made us some filet mignon, roasted potatoes with garlic and rosemary and some salad and fresh bread. As we are eating and talking about random things my phone rings. It's my sister so I don't ignore it in case something is wrong. "Hey Mercy what's going on? You know this is my night with Jo." Mercy quickly tells me "people on Instagram are saying that you are hooking up or hanging on this girl Chanel tonight."  "What the fuck why are they even saying that?" I ask her. I haven't seen that chick since before I even met Jo and we were just friends. "Well she posted a video of you guys on her Instagram tonight." She tells me. Jo has been silently listening to the whole conversation I had put Mercy on speaker phone so she would know I wasn't betraying her. Hero ends the phone call with Mercy and looks at me with his beautiful green eyes which are now sad looking. "I'm so sorry Jo I don't know why Chanel would post a video now on Valentine's day." "It's ok" I tell him. "I know you have a past before me and I obviously know you are here with me tonight." He looks at me and asks "you're not mad at me?"
