CHAPTER 22: New discoveries

My phone's alarm rang waking me up. I went to the bathroom and got ready when i was done i knew that Blane was probably not going to make it to school so i just kissed his cheek and wrote a note.

I went to school text me when you wake up and we have to talk about you coming back home drunk.

I went downstairs and has breakfast that Cici prepared we talking a little and she offered to drive me to school cause she was leaving at 11.

She didn't ask me about my mom which I really appreciated cause I did not want to talk about her.

She dropped me off at school and drove off. Walking into the school's hall way I saw Gwen and my first instinct was to turn to the other but when started walking towards me which me mentally sigh.

When she was Infront of me i didn't say a word i waited for her to make a move but she was silent.

"Uhm Can i help you with something Gwen?"

"Just meet me after school not at the smoothie hut I'll send you an address it's really important."

And she walked away and left my head spinning with possibilities.
But i just had to wait until we met i guess.

I went to class and pushed away all my thoughts cause i really had to concentrate more in classes.

I needed a scholarship if i wanted to go to college cause my mom wouldn't be able to take care of all the costs or else i could get a student loan.

I was a straight A student i made sure of that ever since my dad left and saw my mom struggle to give me a comfortable life. That's why i couldn't understand why she would want to get back together with him.

Lunch came quick and i grabbed my food and went to our table. I said hello to Brian and Ric but i didn't see Ian. I was beginning to get very worried cause i really wanted to talk to him.

"Where's Ian?" I asked to not directed to anyone specifically.

"Uh He said he was not hungry but he said hy" Brian said but i could see he was lying

"You can just tell me if he is avoiding me?"

"Okay maybe he is. But just give him sometime he needs to adjust "

"Did you tell him Blane and i are official"
I asked Ric

He nodded and just then my phone beeped.

Hey Babe sorry about last night. I'll talk to you when you get home. P.s my head is killing me
XX your boyfriend ;)

I smiled and replied.

Its your fault your head is killing you I'll buy you some medicine on my way home. See you then
XX your girlfriend :)

I put back my phone in my pocket and saw both Brian and Ric looking at me grinning.

"What" i asked asni rolled my eyes.

"I really hope Blane is serious with you cause i can literally see how much you like him by looking at you text him. "
Brian said and Ric nodded immediately.

I just smiled and continued with my food.

Finally i got to home and see my boyfriend. Since i didn't have a car Brian said he'll drive me there nad he wanted to have a chat with Blane which is ironic cause i always thought Ian was the one who would go all protective Brother on my first boyfriend but oh well.

We both went in the house and Blane was in the living room but he was with Alex. When did he get here i thought.

"Hey Babe i didn't know you'd be here" Brian said to Alex and he approached him and they shared a kiss they looked a so cute i couldn't help it i took a picture of them.

"OMG you guys are just the cutest thing" i said in a very cheerful voice.

"Not cuter than us Babe" Blane said as he also got up and walked towards me.

I couldn't help but smile like a little girl when he kissed me then quickly pecked my forehead.

I took out the medication i bought on my way here. And he took them without water or even a fruit.

When we were sitting around Brian suddenly asked Blane if they talk privately in his serious voice. He could get scary when he was serious thats why he was always so cheerful but when he was serious he could intimidate almost anyone. But Blane looked unfazed.

He got up and led him to the pool area and it was just me and Alex. It was awkward at first cause we aren't used to eachother but then he spoke.

"You know your the second girl that has ever gotten Blane's attention. But i can tell he really likes you from how he talks about like he's never met anyone like you before. like your this special flower you only find at the top of a mountain."

I would be lying of i said i didn't get jealous when he said the second i wanted to know who was the first person to get his attention.

"I really like him too. Uh who was the first person who got his attention?"

"His childhood bestfriend, Bella ." He said and looked away as if he didn't want to talk about it so i choose not ask any more not because i was not curious but i would just look for an opportunity to ask Blane himself.

We watched tv then my phone beeped.
It was a text from an unknown number.

Meet me at the pastry shop close to school in 30 Minutes.

I had forgotten about Gwen. I got up and went to change. When i came back down i saw Blane and Brain in the living room again.

"Hey guys i have to go I'll be back in maybe an hour."

"If your going to meet that guy again I'm coming with" Blane said.

"Not I'm not going to meet Coda. No need to get jealous now."

"I'm not jealous. I'm just protective of what's mine and you are mine."

Most people would get made at his possessiveness but i actually find it very attractive And i didn't mind him calling me his. Cause i can also call him mine.

I smiled and went and kissed him.

"I'm meeting a girl so don't worry."

"What if she's a lesbian and want to take you from me?"

"I can assure you she is not. And i have not forgotten we still have to talk. Bye babe"

I didn't want him to know i was meeting Gwen cause he would want to go with me and i really wanted to know what she wanted to tell me. Besides i could handle myself.

I waved by to Alex and kissed Brian on his cheek and went out.

What i got to the little Pastry shop i saw Gwen at the corner. And i went and sat down opposite her.

We said our hellos and i ordered a cup of tea and a donut.

" So what's so important you wanted to talk to me alone?"

"Your dad his name is Logan Martinez right?"

"Yeah as far as I know"

"He is my dad too."
