OLIVIA'S POV: 

The sound of rain filled my empty home as I was attempting to study. It was barely past midnight and I couldn't concentrate. My thoughts were everywhere. I was thinking of harry then niall but mostly harry. He hasn't talked to me in days, did I do something wrong? We ended on a good note so I just don't understand.  

I lifted my lazy ass up and walked to the kitchen to find some sort of a snack. My mother left about 2 days ago on a business trip with absolutely no money or food left for me. My low paying job at the corner coffee shop in downtown was not going to be enough.

I searched the fridge for some juice when I noticed a letter on the ketchup. Way to go to get my attention mom.

"Olivia,
By now you have probably realized there is no food or money left in this house for you. Money and food is your priority for the next 3 weeks. Your coffee shop job just won't do. I have included 3 jobs that would somewhat help with the situation. They are all in your interests so do not worry sweetheart. I am working on your path for being an independent woman. When I return I expect for you to have carried on with an extra job. I miss you lots sweetie, love you very much.
-mom"

I grunted slightly realizing that my mother wanted me to start to grow on my own. It's what she had to do at such a young age so I guess it was my turn. I pulled the rest of the papers out of the small envelope as 3 small papers fell to the floor.
"Help wanted for babysitting small children. Weekdays from 12-3" I absolutely adored kids but weekdays wont work for me knowing that I have school.
"House cleaning...-" I didn't bother to finish reading that one. I absolutely hate cleaning, I only do it for myself. The last option was the best. "Assistance needed at ron's library. No experience needed, weeknights and weekends." My nose was always in a book so I knew this was the better choice. I scanned the page for the number to call when a loud knock on my door broke my concentration.

I stood on my tip toes to look through the peep hold to only recognize a certain blonde.

"Liv baby, haven't seen you in a forever. Is this a new outfit , it looks good on you! " All his words spoken were slurred making it obvious that he was drunk.

"Niall you're drunk, you know exactly how I feel about drinking and you decide to come to my house drunk?!" He walked into my living room and just laid down as if it was his home.

"I don't know what's gotten into you babe. You're acting so uptight daddy's princess."

"Don't you ever speak of my dad again." I spoke through gritted teeth. "I want your Irish little ass out of my house."

"Oh so just like your dad huh? You're going to kick me out of your house because I'm too drunk and it's not good for the baby? She was fucking 4! She knows what alcohol is Olivia."

"Get the fuck out of my house niall. Don't you ever talk about them again. Do you understand me?! You're drunk. You don't know half the shit you're saying," I took a quick sigh and whispered, "you're drunk."

"Not too drunk to know that you hide in this big house of yours. I try to help you Olivia I really do but you, but you just work my nerves! I try to be the perfect boyfriend for your little spoiled ass but I just cant," he quickly rose from the sofa and made his way towards me, "I've been wanting you for a long time. I've had you for a long time and I still haven't gotten anything! "

"Is this about sex?! Is that honestly what you've been wanting from me.. -"

"No, fuck no, I mean yes but it's not like you're going to give it to me. If I want it so bad I should have just pulled a Ryan!"

I breath hitched at his last words. "Pulled a Ryan?! You're a sick Irish bastard and I never want to see you again!"

"Never will be sick as your father."

My hand immediately made contact with his cheek to only leave him with a red imprint of my small hand. I pushed him with all my force out the door and slammed it. My body slid down the door and just let the past 10 minutes sink in as tears fell down my face.
