Wet grass tickled my cheeks. I opened my eyes. The sun blinded me. I could hear a bird singing in a distance. I looked around me. I were in a seemingly endless field of grass and flowers. My sight was slightly blurry, but I could clearly recognize some of the flowers. Buttercup, Orchid, Daisy, Rose. Wait. Roses doesn't grow in the wild, do they? Maybe these are wild roses? I grabbed one but as I touched it, it withered away. A loud scream behind me caused me to jump about one meter up in the air. A dead bird lands in front of me. A bloody arrow pierced through its heart. I let out a faint scream as I turned around to see who shot the arrow, but there was no one there, but instead of flowers and grass the ground was replaced with dark dry stone. The ground beneath me started shaking and the ground under the dead bird fell down like there had been a massive underground hole there the whole time, just waiting for something to land or step on it, so that it could fall apart. I stumbled backwards away from the hole only to find another massive hole behind me. I panicked and fell on my knees only a few centimeters away from the gaping hole. I put my hand on the ground and crawled away as fast as I could. My head hurt and my vision started to blurr. I struggled to keep conscious. Suddenly there was a shadowy creature standing right in front of me. It looked absolutely terrifying. It looked like it was made of smoke and its eyes were glowing red. My sight was almost gone. I felt a cold hand on my shoulder, pushing me backwards, towards the gap. My hands searched desperately for something to hold on to, but the ground was gone. I closed my eyes as I fell. Then suddenly something grabbed my arm. I looked up straight into his empty, black eyes.
