Saying goodbye is always hard

Grieving is always part of a goodbye

Never knowing when you'll have to say it is scary

Though, its normal

Its normal to fear just 2 simple words. A word that makes your mind spin.deciding to go throught with it or not...

Well, that's the easiest part

Decisions are made based on what you want for yourself. Decisions are made to help you.

Suicide was invented to made everything "easier". To make everything better.

It's harder for people who have people in their life. Whether it be parents or siblings or friends. They are in your life for a reason.

Amelia baker was a lost cause. Nobody gave her a thought to begin with. Every person that's walked into her life has walked right back out. It's always been that way. Maybe thats good?

The only friend Amelia had was Maxine Bakers. People adored her. With her fiery red hair and bright green eyes, who wouldnt?. Amelia was always the "odd one out". With waist length long, brown hair and her bright blue eyes. People just likes maxine better.

When Maxine's father passed away, her mother shipped them both out to California. Saying it was "better that way". Bullshit. It was all bullshit.

Maxine promised to stay in touch, but she never did. After the first week of non-stop letters and late night phone calls, she stopped writing back. She stopped answering the phone.

Amelia's father died when she was just a baby. So, she never had a father figure. So when her mother married Bob Mark's when she was 7 years old,It was like a punch to the face.

It didint last long

Bob drank. Bad. One night it was so bad, he killed his own wife. Amelia's mother. Her only family. After he was sent away, she was put in the system. Adopted by Jane and Lucas Ives when she was 10.

When she started middle school, everyone already had their friend groups. Everyone already had their people. Amelia tried to find hers, but everyone just called her a freak.

So, she did the only rational thing at the time. Self-harm. And trust me when I say, it was bad. Cuts all over her body, bleeding 24/7. Amelia was about to give up. So one night...

She cut, she laid their, and she died. Her parents found her that night. When news broke over the small town that Amelia Baker wss dead, people started to care

People at her school decorated her locker, followed her instagram. They were bullshit

Amelia left something behind though

A book maybe?, a diary?

Well, someone would find out

And it all started with a single tear
