"Karma~" Rio poked her now-husband's face

Karma snored louder as if he's still sleeping. Rio lets out a sigh.

"Karma, I know you're awake," said Rio pulling out the covers.

"No I'm not!" Karma replied.

"Then, who the heck answered me just now?" said Rio putting her hands on her hips.

"..."

"Hah, you were the one who was excited for this weekend and then here you are, sleeping never-endlessly."

"Exactly!" Karma suddenly rises.

"This is a weekend, where I, Karma Akabane, can sleep to his heart's content," he continues

Rio raised an eyebrow and sighed.

"Well, go ahead and sleep for all I care. I guess I'll go to that new arcade that you were waiting for by myself," Rio smirked and exits the room.

"Shoot I forgot!" Karma hurriedly went out of bed.

A few moments later downstairs...

"Oh look who's here," Rio said.

She sips her cup of milk while looking at the not-usually-anxious Karma. After Karma calms down, he approaches the dining table and sits in front of Rio.

"Now tell me. Why didn't you remind me earlier?" asked Karma.

"I did but you did not wake up. It was very funny though," said Rio calmly while giving Karma's breakfast.

"Not funny, Rio. I've been waiting a whole month for this," Karma took a bite of his breakfast

"It's your fault anyways. Oh, could it be that our 'genius' Karma is now starting to be forgetful?"

"Tsk, shut up."

"Okay, okay. Let's play a guessing game. Do you know what time is it now?" Rio said in a teasing tone.

"Eight?" Karma guessed

"Nu-uh, you're wrong, dear~" said Rio.

Once again Rio smiled. You can't see an anxious Karma every day, so why not tease him~

"Don't give me that look. What time is it?" said Karma who is quite pissed off.

Rio pointed to the digital clock on the kitchen counter.

"ELEVEN?!" Karma shouted

"That's right!" Rio laughed.

'Patience Karma, patience' Karma said to himself

After both of them calmed down silence fills the room.

"Come on, let's get going. We're gonna be late," Rio said breaking the silence.
