I had a crappy summer. Some days were bird craps, and some days were elephant craps. Now that it is going to be the first day of seventh grade tomorrow, I hope, I just hope, there will be no crappy days. Today I was packing up all of my stuff before tomorrow, and it looked like a mess. I guess that is what everyone's supplies look like on the first day.
My name is Chloe Jennings and today is the first day of seventh grade! There are two new people at the school. There is an Asian girl named Eilleen Xing and a very cute boy named Hayden Smith. I had my dreamy eyes captured on him. I was so excited, yet I was praying that Hayden was in my class. I had to go to my very first class which was home room. No sign of Hayden. Hayden had gelled hair going up and he had a pretty thin face... That was awkward just thinking about. Still dreamy though. After talking the whole time during home room we had to go to chapel. Guess who I got to sit next to... HAYDEN! He was a really good singer.
We went to math class after chapel and Hayden was in my class. EEEK! I starred at him almost all of math. Then when it was history he asked ME to sit by HIM. By now I was just going crazy in my head. It's like very slowly we are getting closer and closer. I sat by him and he said he forgot to do his homework, I was going to let him cheat and copy off of mine so that he would know that I am really nice....I think. Instead, he threw it away in the black trash can behind him and said he never got one. Yes, we did have homework over summer. Well, I just called him a bad boy and I watched to see how well it worked. It didn't work out very well. He got detention, but I told him that I would come with him. He looked pretty excited. After history it was free time and I just watched him play football rooting for him. He did look back at me twice or maybe even three times. Otherwise he was too busy playing football.
It is science time. Hayden and I sat very close together and we always laughed and made jokes.
