Chapter 28

"Me? Fear of heights? Pfffttt!!!" I said jumping out of his arms. I walked over to Selina who was giggling with Harley. "Whats so funny?" I ask. "You have a fear of heights, and your boyfriend is the Master of Fear!!" they laughed. We went into van which Riddler had stolen. He opened the door for me. "Thanks" I mumbled getting in. "What the matter?" He asks. Everyone looks at me, including Jonathon. "Nothing" I manage to say. "It doesnt look like it" he muttered staring out the window. I clenched my fists. "Dani" said Jonathon rubbing my leg. I unfolded the fist. We arrived at the appartment.

I got out first followed by Riddler who stood too close to my liking. I waited for Jonathon to catch up and then I walked in with him. "Riddlers been acting weird" I say. "Just learn to ignore him" he says. Inside the appartment Ivy was glaring at me from the first bedroom. "I'd thought she'd left for good" she muttered. "Are you now officially a Gotham City Villain?" asked Joker. "Me a villain? I didnt even do anything!" I said. But being a villain would be cool though "Well you could say that was just a training exercise" Selina said. "So you in?" Asked Jonathon with pleading eyes. "Yes" I say. Everyone errupts with cheers but Ivy lets out a scream. "Shes going to wreck everything!!" and she slammed the door shut. Riddler hugged me to congratulate me. "Can I talk to you outside?" He asks. Jonathon just walks out the room into the kitchen. I hear him count to control his anger. I nod.

Outside its cold. "Here" he hands me his jacket. I take it and slide my shivering arms into it. "Theres something you should know" he says looking at his feet. "That your an idiot? I already know"

"No but that the kiss was Lucys idea. She wanted Jonathon so if I kissed you you would fall for me and she would get John. Seemed like a good plan then but now it sounds idiotic"

I stare at him. "Lucy's plan?! Thats why she left for London after what happened!! I realised. Lucy was just a no good bitchy bitch. "But im sorry. I just want things back to normal" he said. I smiled at him."it is" I give him a quick hug and hand him back his jacket. "Thanks" we head back inside to find everyone watching a movie. I sit on Jonathons lap. "Hey babe" he says kissing me. I love it when he calls me that. He pulls me further on his lap and I take off his glasses. I put them on and MAN are they blurry!! "Woah. You look so fuzzy!" i said feeling his face. My fingers trace his lips. "Dani..." he whispers. I take off the glasses because my head is hurting. Replacing my fingers for my lips Joker pauses the film. "Guys! For gods sake! Get a bloody room!!"
