A few weeks later,things couldn't be better Riley and Nya,they finally reunited with their families,and they even joined the Best Friends Squad. Their parents eventually enrolled them in the same high school Quill and the others go to.
Riley and his mom live in a different house from the one they lived when Riley was a kid. Riley's mom left his dad after him telling her that their son was a Mutant so he had to get rid of him. After a whole of leaving her ex,he soon moved to another state.
The BFS were at their treehouse hanging out. "So..how did Stryker take our escape?" Asked Quill.
"Not good." Nya said.
"Yea,he was super pissed." Riley chuckled. "He went completely nuts."
"How about when he died?" Asked Harley.
"When we all found out he died we all we're happy." Riley told him. "Zero,could care less about his death since he and Stryker weren't all buddy-buddy."
"How did you guys escape?" Nya asked.
The teens looked at each other as Harley explained. "It wasn't easy. We thought it was gonna be impossible. After that innocent, we all got electrified by the shock collars and me woke up in way different separate rooms. I was the first one to escape the room I was in,I fried the cameras and found Zephyr. Then we found the others and escaped by going over the the fence."
"You guys got guts." Nya said. "We escaped by flying and freezing stuff."
Harley chuckled.
"Thanks." Said Chance.
Throughout the day the main teens were getting to know Riley and Nya better. They talked,laughed,joked around getting to know each other like how they ended up in the Facility,or their childhood.
The BFS left the treehouse and walked back to town. They all stopped at their houses but either of their parents were home. "Any text or calls from them?" Chance asked. They all checked their phones but not messages or calls.
They soon kept walking when they reached a very big town hall. They knocked on the door and the people who opened up up was their parents.,they also saw teens their age in their to having the time of their life's.
"Um..dad?" Harley asked.
"Oh hey kids..what's....up?" Mr.Wilson asked.
"Uh..yea..hey.." Quill raises a brow
"What are you guys doing here?" Mrs.Turner asked.
"Well..We thought we'd join the party,besides other teens are in their so we could chat and hang out with them. Harley said. "Come on." The tens started to walk in by He blocked their way.
"What?"
"It's very crowded in here, okay?" Mrs.Turner insisted. "And I can't have you mingling." Mr. Wilson said. The teens tried once again to get in, but Mr.Wilson and Mrs.Turner pushed them back. "Well if you kids we're normal then it would be ok,but your not. Your mutants. We can't risk you guys exposing your freaky powers for all the world to see." Mr.Sawyer said walking up want them as he closed the door.
"Did they really just say that to us?" Chance looked heartbroken.
"Any chances that their drunk?" Jira softly asked.
"I don't know." Zephyr's frown turned into a glare "But I'm outta here. I'm going back to the treehouse." Zephyr told them with her voice breaking up.
The BFS soon began to walk away heartbroken by their parents except for Chance.
Chance just stood there in silence and sighed as she took a deep breath. "I am not a stranger to the dark
Hide away, they say 'Cause we don't want your broken parts."
"I've learned to be ashamed of all my scars
Run away, they say
No one'll love you as you are " Jira sang softly.
"But I won't let them break me down to dust
I know that there's a place for us." Chance sang once more looking at her best Friends.
For we are glorious." Nya began to sing.
"When the sharpest words wanna cut me down
I'm gonna send a flood, gonna drown them out." Riley began to sing.
"I am brave, I am bruised" Quill sang.
"I am who I'm meant to be, this is me." Harley sang.
"Look out 'cause here I come
And I'm marching on to the beat I drum." Nya and Jira sang together.
"I'm not scared to be seen
I make no apologies, this is me." Riley continued singing.
Riley's wings opened up,Zephyr was in her wolf-hybrid form,Quill's claws came out of his knuckles,Nya had a trail of snow following her same Harley but he had electric sparks, Chance eyes glowed purple and The tips of Jira's hair was sparking up fire.
BFS soon through the door open to the Town Hall building and walked in. People began to gasp.

"Holy crap."
"No way"
"They go to our school" said a female teen.
"Freaks.."
"Who are they?"
"Their Mutants"
The BFS stood their not giving a crap what the people had to say. Zephyr then grabbed Chance's hand as they looked at each other with a smile.
"Another round of bullets hits my skin
Well, fire away 'cause today, I won't let the shame sink in" Zephyr sang.
"We are bursting through the barricades
And reaching for the sun (we are warriors)
Yeah, that's what we've become"
"Won't let them break me down to dust
I know that there's a place for us
For we are glorious" The Mutant BFS sang as they walked through the streets as people were called them freaks and other names.
