Her entrance unleashed a thunderous crack. Splitting open multi-dimensional portals always did, but this time she was furious. 

The heat rolled off in waves. Her choppy vermillion hair flowed slightly barely reaching her shoulders. As if her heartbeat could be heard, vibrations were sent to the very core of the world. The entire Earth trembled. 

The portal closed leaving the surrounding space nothing as it was before. I knew she was powerful but the marks left from the breach were darker than onyx itself and radiated fury and anger. The overwhelming look of wrath in her glowing eyes forced everyone to shake. Her golden wings were spread to their full length, casting a shadow over us before her. A symbol on her forehead shone a brilliant white, a feather surrounded by a ring.

She was the only true Taitha left.
