Mysterious Girl Not So Mysterious

When I landed I realized that I was still shielding my eyes from the shining light from earlier so I decided to open my eyes to see if I was dead. Instead of meeting death himself, I was greeted by the same woman with the same smile on her face. I thought she looked familiar, like I knew her from somewhere but I was too busy thinking about my current location to actually take a good look at her.  

"Welcome my dear to Wonderland." The woman spoke in a welcoming tone. 

"What?!" I said shockingly. 

She pretended to ignore my confused comment and went back to talking.

"You might be wondering who I am. I am the one and only, beautiful and infamous, Alice King-sleigh. Or better known as Alice from Wonderland" She said in a cocky tone.

"Why are w-" I was in mid sentence when I was cut off by the woman who claims to be a famous fictional character.

"Oh I know what you're gonna say, I know I'm amazing" She replied.

"No! That's not what I was gonna say!" I exclaimed.

"Well fine, suit yourself then!" She said with a pout.

"Ugh! Just tell me what the heck I am doing here!" I said, questioning if she even actually heard me from how fast I spoke out of anger.

"Jeez I was just kidding, people these days are so sensitive!" She said while giggling.

"I don't care if you're kidding or not! Get me out of this place!" I snapped back at her

She looked at me with a guilty expression and said "Gosh I am so sorry. Please don't leave!"

"Well why should I stay?!" I yelled

"Please stay, we need your help!" She said

"What do you mean by we?" I asked

"The Queen of Hearts, she has gone bananas! Well at least more bananas than she already is." Alice explained

"And how am I going to benefit you in this situation?" I asked

"Please just help us, you're the chosen one!" She pleaded

"The what!?" I asked with pure confusion.

We then heard footsteps and clanking armors from afar, I looked up at Alice to ask what was happening. Instead she immediately said run.
