All my life I have followed what I was told. Do this, do that, don't go here, don't hang out with them, but the biggest one is don't fall for him. That last one is the hardest one. Maybe I should introduce myself.
Hello my name is Kyrice Davon Tillman (Ky-Reese Da-Von Till-Man) but all my friends call me Reese. I'm 23 years old, currently working at Rock Head Memorial. Oh and before you ask I'm gay.
Now that you have gotten to know me here's my story

"Ky , Please come down stairs I want to talk to you" my father hollers for me. "Yes father" I say rolling my eyes because I know whatever he is finna say it's not important or gonna make me mad. "You know next week is the anniversary of" he says before I cut him off. "Yeah I remember. You make it a mission not to let me forget about my mother's death" I say back to him. "And you know why I keep reminding you..it's because that boi...his father killed your mother. My wife the only women I have loved." He says gets emotional. I hate when he does this..I feel bad but I can't keep living in this type of life where we can't forgive and forget what happened. "I know father but you can't do anything what happened. We lost a wife and a mother but he lost his father also..the wreck hurt both families but remember mom was in the car with that man" I say. "I will not let you accuse your mother of something she wasn't doing" he says getting mad. "I'm not accusing her of nothing we both know y'all were getting a divorce and she didn't love you get over it you have Denise and you still act like you are a single men"I say getting frustrated. "Boys I can hear you yelling at each other outside..Kenny leave that boy alone he has done everything you ask of him. I know you are upset about Mora's death but so am I she was my friend and you can't keep forcing that boy to feel the way you do" Denise says trying to end the situation. "Thanks" I say walking away to get ready for work.
My mom and Denise were best friends before the death. And when my mother died it her who came to take of me and my father. He acts as if he is unhappy but he loves her also. Denise knows my mom was his first love. They don't expect to fall in love in fact but I was the one who embraced them being together I feel like they rejected their feeling for each other because of me. But I didn't care my mom was happy with Ben who was her boyfriend. So my dad deserved to be happy also and I wasn't gonna mess with his happiness.

At the hospital
"Hey Reese you have Baker, Lyman, and Rose tonight" my friend Maverick says. "Thank god I get a good group tonight..I don't need the difficult ones after the day i had with dad" I say. "Oh man you know how your father is. He acts like that because he loved your mom" Mav says. "He didn't act like before the wreck. They we're getting divorced she been dead for 11 years I was 12. He got worse after she died. I need a break from this bull..I'm thinking of getting my own place I think it's time" I say. "Oh he loves you..you need to chill out and get to work" he says. "Yes Doctor" I say joking with him. "I still have 2 more years before it's doctor anything thank god the hospital lets me work and gain a knowledge while in school but really get to work" he says.
After talking to him some more I knocked on Mr. Rose's door. "Hello Mr.Tillman is been a while since I seen you" he says. "Yeah I know I been working morning since Robert went on vacation but I back now" I say. "Well good and before you ask just because I'm old doesn't mean I need your help with anything..I just like taking to you" he says. "Okay old man you know I can help with anything if you just tell me..why do we keep going through this"I say. "Because you don't listen I feel okay I don't need anything and if i do which I won't I will let you know" he says. "Why do I keep coming to you first" I say laughing as I walk out his room.
Mr rose is one of my my favorite out of all the patients that come through the hospital it saddens me he's only here still until they find a place for him to go. After leaving his room I go to Mr. Bakers room. "Hello Mr.Baker how are you today" I ask. "Oh I'm good just wish I could get a blunt" he says. "Whoa now Mr.Baker you know you cant smoke..last you did you almost got so excited that your heart stopped" I say. "Boi I know how to smoke and I need it but since you can't do that for me go get me a cup of pudding and I want a nice cold Sprite" he says. "Now you know the cafeteria is closed" I says. "Well that what I want so please go get me some please" he says begging me. I leave his room to go get it.
I looked in all the break rooms but I couldnt find a cup of pudding so it looks like I'm heading to the store.
