The Ball

Jane picked Kellin up, ready to go to the ball. Kellin had been feeling nervous and happy about this date all day.

"Ready to go?" she asked.

"Yes of course," he exclaimed. Soon they got to the grand ball in their proper attire. They walked in and saw many people dancing together.

"Come on!" Jane said as she grabbed Kellin and brought him on the floor to dance. Swans everywhere were staring at Kellin, he didn't fit in, he was an ugly duckling, not a beautiful swan. He felt out of place. But he didn't care, he just danced with Jane. He was feeling great, and even better when Jane swooped him in for a kiss. That's when he felt tingly and sick, he was transforming. He collapsed and fell to the ground, everyone was staring at him. A bright light flashed and Kellin became a beautiful goose. Everyone gasped and Kellin was happy. The end.
