My name is Cinderella. Everyone called me this because I was treated like a Cinderella. And my evil stepmother, Lady Tremaine plus my two other stepsisters are always finding a way to crush my dreams like legit. I remembered the night that I was with the prince. It was so romantic. I loved the ball and the ladies there were beautifully dress, I must say! I was so desperate to share everything with you. Until the clock stroke twelve and I realised that I had to leave the ball immediately and I must!
"Oh! Oh, my goodness!"
"What's the matter?"
"Its midnight."
"Yes, so it is, but--"
"Goodbye."
"No, no, wait. You can't go now. It's only--"
"Oh, I must, please. Please, I must."
"But why?"
"Well, I...I... Oh, the Prince. I haven't met the Prince."
"The Prince? But didn't you know--"
"Goodbye!"
"No, wait. Come back. Please come back! I don't even know your name. How will I find you? Wait! Please wait!"
But it was already too late. I had lost my beloved prince at the ball but I was certain that someday my wishes do come true and that I would come back to meet him again.
The prince's only hint of finding me then was a single glass slipper. He was bereft and didn't know what to do at first. But the very next day, he announced that he was going to find the girl who fits the shoe. If the shoe fits a girl who tries it on, he would immediately marry her.
I was very excited that very day! But however, I was so carried away that I never knew that my stepmother would still be haunting my dreams. As a result of this, she locked me inside my room so that I could never reveal that I was the lost princess the prince was actually searching for.
I was so distressed and angry at my stepmother that I immediately cried out, "No, please! Oh, you can't! You just can't! Let me out! You must Iet me out! You can't keep me in here! Oh, please." But unfortunately, my stepmother was mean and did not let me out of the room. It was just no use. I knelt down beside the door and began to cry. "Oh, please, please."
Meanwhile, my stepsisters were trying out the glass slipper. But how hard they tired, it just won't fit! It's either because their feet are too fat or WAY too big to fit through. There was no use to try on the slipper anyway. They just won't make a perfect fit for the prince! And the prince needs to find the maiden whose foot fits the glass slipper. So, it's not going to happen unfortunately for my two stepsisters.
I was locked inside my room, upset and heartbroken. Maybe my stepmom was my enemy after all. Maybe she wasn't the mother I was expecting to have.
I was crying in my pillow, sarcastically when all of a sudden, I heard footsteps. Oh no! It was Lady Tremaine! I hurried to the door and realised that the stepmother has unlocked the door! I was so happy that I dried off my tears. What I didn't realise was that my stepmother looked cold and dark. She seemed angry. "Stepmother, what's wrong?" I asked in despair. I was so scared of what was going to happen next. Finally, my stepmother spoke up in a really cruel and bloody tone. "Why were you at the ball last night?".
