it was class 1A's karaoke night and tonight's theme was duos. everybody was partnered up with somebody, except for the ones who didn't come(denki and mineta being partnered with each other). you were partnered with the one and only, katsuki bakugo.

"alright! we're next! what song do you want to do?" you asked your buddy.

"it doesn't matter. this is stupid, anyways." the tumble weed growled. you just sighed at his stubborness while you both waited for midoriya and iida to stop singing the macarena. a few minutes before the two boys were done you thought of a song.

as the two boys got down, you and bakugo went up onto the stage, waiting for your requested song to come on.

"hey, that was pretty good!"

"eH?! NO ONE ASKED YOU!!"

"i got myself just a little bit of love that i wanna spend on you," you winked at bakugo, giving finger guns, "but, baby, i'll never get that chance to dance that romance with you!" you sighed.

"oh no! cause you're always hittin,"

"hiyah!"

"and kickin,"

"hup!"

"and putting me down, i hope you don't mean what you say."

"but i keep seeing you-" bakugo joined in.

"-sticking around.."

"like (you/i) can't get enough so i stay. and i wonder how my hand would feel intertwined with yours." you both sang. your hand inching towards bakugo's.

"as of now though-"

"what are you doing?" he sang as he slapped your hand away.

"nothing but closed doors~." you sang, putting your hand onto your neck. "my man's a dere! a tsun-tsundere! just saying 'hi' gets me a punch in the face!" you sang while bakugo gave a glare.

"and if i should compliment him, he starts to chase!"

"hey! that was a direct attack!"

"oh no, the wild cat found my hiding place."

"stupid octopus! take it back!"

"so, uh. how am i an octopus?" you asked

"how am i a cat?!"

"well, uh- cats are cute!" you smiled

"i- gO AWAY!" bakugo surprisingly gave a real stutter.
