Anger, despair, confusion, hopelessness....that's all I could feel at the moment.
I'm trying to be strong for my pack...I can't show weakness
I'm the son of the strongest alpha alive...well now I'm the strongest alpha since my dad is missing....

Hayden has been keeping to herself ever since the incident, she's distancing herself from me!... My once bubbly little sister is now a shell of her old self...
She's been wary of Tricia since she met her....I don't blame Hayden though, Tricia is a bitch...treating the omegas like gum under her shoes

How long do I have to put up with her? My wolf can stand her incessant whining.
Gah! I still have my pack to look after...especially after several rouge sightings at the pack borders... I can't help but have the feeling that something big is coming

For some reason, I couldn't take my eyes of her, she didn't look like most of those skimpily clad she-wolves that throw themselves at me ...she was, dare I say, decent... I could feel the mate bond, so strong, tying our souls.. she's my other half after all... I could feel my wolf clawing at the barrier, trying to get out and claim his mate...I couldn't let him so I fought him to stay in place, he wouldn't stay calm, he needed his mate ....but I can't let him, there's a lot at stake, the pack is at stake, Hayden is at stake .. now my mate is at stake

I wonder if the mate bond is affecting her like it's affecting me?..

I get my answer when I see her run off, leaving her friends stunned... Wait!, Is that David I see?...how did he know her?

"Is it because of that she-wolf?, Oh darling, don't mind her. She's just looking for your attention" her voice is getting desperate and screechy.
Realization flashed through her face and I hear her gasp. "She's your mate, isn't she?" Tricia whispers harshly.
